Très bon hôtel

Pour des raisons de disponibilité, j’avais réservé deux chambres différentes pour trois nuits. La première chambre était au dernier étage, vue sur la mer. Elle était vraiment très agréable, avec un divan près de la baie vitrée pour admirer le paysage. La salle de bain était très belle, propre, neuve. La seconde chambre (« maisonnette ») était plus grande et moins chère. C’est la raison pour laquelle je l’avais réservée. Elle était agréable, avec une petite cuisine et un salon au rez-de-chaussée et une grande chambre à l’étage. Balcon avec vue sur la mer. La salle de bain était correcte, propre, mais plus vieillotte que la première chambre. Le petit déjeuner était bien, il y avait des viennoiseries, des plats salés japonais, yaourt,... le personnel de l’hôtel était très aimable. La piscine intérieure est bien, ainsi que le onsen. La piscine extérieur était fermée (car mois de mars).

Great hotel for those visiting the Okinawa Expo...definitely enjoyed our stay and will visit again!!

Room was very spacious and clean, breakfast was crowded (due to the season) but was delicious and have a great selection of Asian and Western food. The pool was great...we definitely appreciated it after a long day out!!

Amazing hotel

Could not believe how great this hotel was (or how cheap!). We stayed in a family room which was very spacious - twin beds plus a tatami area with 2 futons. Room had a little kitchen (but no cooking or eating utensils), there is a communal microwave on level 1 and an ice machine on level 3. Bathroom was a little dated but we never used it anyway as the onsen is seriously amazing. Great rock pool with an outdoor garden feel, lots of showers. We often had the whole place to ourselves. Pools are also great. Outdoor pool is huge with a shallow kids pool as well. When a storm came in and they had to close the outdoor pool they opened the indoor pool for us (which was lovely and warm). Staff were all wonderfully polite, helpful and friendly. The pool attendants were hilarious and also really helpful. We stayed 4 nights and wished we had longer. Location was a great base for the middle of Okinawa island - ocean expo park (which had loads to do, even on rainy days), Nago and surrounds, Kouri, Yagaji and Sesoko island and the southern part of Yanbaru.

Nothing, this hotel is fabulous with seriously amazing facilities.

A very nice hotel in a beautiful surrounding with good service.

The breakfast was great--an all-you-can-eat buffet with personally-made omelets, and the buffet was also good with steak, potatoes, salad, and soft-serve ice cream.

Very good

Good size swimming pool. Shuttle service to Churaumi Aquarium and Emerald beach. New and modern shopping and restaurant across the street.

The whole hotel facility needs to be renovated. It was a very over priced hotel for such a dated facility. The breakfast was also very dissapointing.

Our family enjoyed our quick stay here. It is a nice hotel for a good price.

The room was a lot bigger than expected. It had a tatami section. There was also a small kitchen with stove. Our favorite was the public bath (onsen), but no tattoo allowed. However, the reception gives away free tattoo cover so you can enjoy their facilities ammenities.

The hours of the indoor and outside pool is limited. The outside pool is not available till late in the afternoon and closes just before evening time. Indoor pool does not open till evening time.

Superb

Wonderful breakfast buffet. Very clean and well kept pool and grounds.

Very nice stay, good for families with kids and tourists wishing to see Expo Park

Staff are lovely, breakfast has a nice variety of items, and outdoor/patio seating. Lots of COVID-19 safety measures in place, glad there was an indoor pool, as the outdoor pool was closed (despite the nice weather). The room size was great for a family of four (Westerners--we are T A L L), and the beds were very comfortable.

We were excited for the pools, so a little disappointed we could not use the outdoor pool, and indoor pool has limited hours. The property is aging, and (in our Maisonette), it definitely shows the wear/years. We saw pictures and "renewal complete" ads, but this is only for certain rooms I guess?? Still, we enjoyed the stay and would go back, if we can get another deal (lower price) on the room through booking!
