El lugar muy bonito

Pocas opciones para el desayuno incluído. Y el no tener estacionamiento cerca (aunque esto es casi para todos los lugares de Real de Catorce)

I would come back to the same place.

The location is excellent. And also the tranquility of the place.

Some rooms on the first floor don’t have windows. And it feels some humidity.

Wouldn’t book here again.

The breakfast was really good

The description of booking doesn’t match what the staff say once you get there. Children are not welcome. Rooms are not double bed, they have one bed for two people. If you plan a family trip don’t go here. The hotel’s policy is 18+ although in booking it says that children are welcome and baby’s 2 years and under are free. They will want to charge for children even babies separately. Only 2 people per room. If you ask for a refund they won’t give you one. Management is not available to customers only the staff.

A magical and relaxing experience.

The hotel is centrally located and easily accessible. The grounds were beautiful and well maintained. I would return here if I ever get the chance to visit Real again.

They could have had a more expansive breakfast option but it was just fine.

great central location. hot water, comfortable bed. bathroom has shampoo conditioner and soap.

shower has have a door so the bathroom floor got wet. heater ran out of propane in the middle of the night so we were cold. breakfast is not served until 8pm

Dissapointing. Not worth the cost.

Location is good. People are friendly overall, but they could pay more attention to detail for this type of hotel.

The bathroom was not the cleanest. The bed was very uncomfortable. They leave the water same in the kettle for tea and coffee. They do not restock this. Not a 120usd per night hotel.

overall we greatly enjoyed our stay and highly recommend it!

The location, view, and the court yards were amazing! the breakfast was tasty and the staff was very nice!

The walls are a little thin and we can hear other guests on the patio.

Everything was fantastic! incredible place... i stay in houndreds of hotels on the las 14 years and I rate this place like my 2nd favorite one. It was totally awesome and for sure i will come back.. i feel sad that i didn't stay more days. Great location, safe, clean & staff very very friendly and helpful.

there is not restaurant available from Monday trough thursday but i can undertsand that is not a lot of people staying here.. and small place. Everything else was awesome.

beautiful view and lots of outdoor space

the bed, the room …. needed fan and or screens. big issue with language communication but the staff was friendly enough. very hard to navigate in that town

beautiful courtyard and good location

the $100 (USD) room was tiny! when we wanted to upgrade another $50 the staff acted like it was inconvenient? The staff was just ok. For that kind of money I wish I’d stayed somewhere else. the bathroom had no vent and the breakfast mediocre at best.

Nice place, nice staff, good service, just

Nice, home made, the hosts offered to get extra drinks at breakfast if we wanted to.

Heater worked just for a while, it was cold at night.
