Insonorizzazione migliorabile

Very convenient at the local cafe.
4.5
Unbelievably central location, I had a kettle for tea and a coffee machine which made REAL coffee. The room was quiet and had everything I needed. My hostess was lovely too!
I had difficulty getting in initially with a box code, but an angel in the form of a University lecturer assisted me in contacting my hostess.

Loved the property!
I liked everything.
4.5
Great location in the town with public parking nearby. The room was spacious, with an artistic feel, clean, comfortable and well organized.
The breakfast was served in a nice nearby café, but the staff there didn't speak english. It worked in the end, but it took some effort.

We had a wonderful stay and Nadia helped us perfectly by staying in touch throughout our stay to check if everything was in order and to give us needed and/or desired info.
Also, we loved the breakfast place, it's external but right around the corner and offers a wide range of choice for a very good Italian breakfast.
So, we will stay here again whenever we'll be visiting Urbino in the future.
Lastly, regarding nice places to eat, we recommend La terrazza del Duca and Borgo 21, these offer a splendid view of Il Palazzo Ducale and delicious food. Also, for amazing pizza we recommend Il Ghiottone on Piazza della Repubblica.

Great location in historic city centre. Easy to find and uncomplicated. It was very clean and everything worked faultlessly.
I didn't expect the room -named 'otaksa', to be a semi basement, this could have been clearer in the description. The accommodation is on a hillside, so one side is at street level and the other below ground. It felt slightly damp and musty due to this. For less agile guests best take luggage in by the back entrance, on street level, avoiding the tight spiral staircase.

Excellent, central location for visiting Urbino, near the Fortezza Albornoz. There was no noise at night despite it being graduation day for the University. Our room was comfortable and well equipped for a short stay of two or three days.
Parking was in the public car park some 50m from the apartments.
Nothing.

Good location, easy walk into town, good suggestions for places to eat.
Not the best soundproofing between rooms.

Nadia is one of the most welcoming owners I have encountered on my travels. We booked very last minute, an hour and a half before arrival, and she texted us immediately after booking and was waiting for us out front. The apartment is clean, comfortable, and has all necessary amenities. The location is ideal!

Location, decor and atmosphere of rooms, breakfast cafes that came with BnB were excellent.
Hostess was so welcoming and friendly.
Skinny concrete spiral stairs were challenging for Seniors not use to spiral stairs.

Very much enjoyed our stay in beautiful Urbino.Warm welcome, comfortable, well equipped room which even had a small kitchen . Quiet room and comfortable bed. Breakfast at nearby cafe was grand.
Wasn't an issue for us but access to top room is via a narrow spiral stairs.

The most beautifully decorated and equipped apartment I have stayed in on my travels this time in Italy. I loved it. Modern but VERY stylish. Very comfortable bed, quiet, great shower and bathroom. Perfect in every way. Nice touch to have local wines in the fridge (to pay for) but I had enough over dinner! I did not meet Nadia but communication was very good. Right at the top of the town near the Raffaello statue and very well situated with fabulous views from the Fortezza Albornoz along the street. Breakfast is via voucher at friendly local cafe. Highly recommend this place.
Be warned that parking, while nearby, is quite tricky. The B&B is inside the ZTL so no car access unless a resident. Parking is payable by the hour 0800-2000 and only accepts coins, so make sure you have plenty ( I didn't) and wasted precious time getting change, revisiting the meter etc. There are are free spaces further on beyond the blue-line marked pay-spaces ( I don't get the logic of that) marked by white lines, but both on my 1500hrs arrival and even at 0730 the next morning, they were all taken, as the canny locals get there first. A small price to pay but could mount up if you are there more than overnight.

Great location. Very close to center of Urbino but also quiet and private. Felt very safe as a solo female traveller. The room was clean and comfortable.
4.5
The walls are thin and everything is very reverberant due to tiles on the floor etc

location was good and Nadia and husband lovely. Nadia contacted us before we arrived and gave us plenty of information.
parking was stressful and although information was given it could have been more specific so we didn’t have to move our car the next day. breakfast was great at the neighbouring cafe.
5.0
the location, the views and the cosy but spacious feel
3.5
Good position with a public parking lot not too far. The lady running the B&B is kind and easygoing. The breakfast, provided by a next door bar, is good.
It could be cleaned much better. There was a dusty sock beneath the bed and the coffee machine was full of used capsules. The bathroom is quite small.
4.5
Spacious room, refrigerator, convenient location.
Ticket for breakfast at caffe around the corner, where the caffè owner was rude. Not the B&B's fault, but a negative nonetheless.
