Camere ampie e pulitissime, ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo, posizione strategica per girare le Marche e anche un pezzettino di Umbria. Avevamo prenotato una camera standard e ci hanno fatto l'upgrade gratuito a quella superior quando siamo arrivati: molto gentili

Good value and nice airy, spacious accommodations within a few minutes of Urbino

Very nice spa facilities, though we did not know they would be restricted to a 2-hour window when we booked. Enjoyed them briefly a couple of times. Staff were lovely, parking was available, view was nice.

Extremely hard, uncomfortable bed. I ended up lying on a line of pillows to relive the backache. Hard beds seem common in Italy this trip - maybe new mattresses since Covid.

L'hotel è sempre molto pulito, confortevole e rilassante, nonostante qualche critica, ci tornerò ancora e lo consiglierò agli amici

farei in modo che se un cliente chiede un caffè decaffeinato fosse disponibile, un paio di panchine all'esterno dell'hotel, sarebbero molto gradite, non solo dal sottoscritto. Illuminare meglio il viale d'accesso, almeno fino alla mezzanotte.

The room was spacious, clean and very comfortable. The bed was comfy. The breakfast was very good.

The price was much too hight compared to the other rooms in the region we have rented. The cost for the entrance to the swimmingpool was 25 Euro for 2 hours. You can't use the swimmingpool only, you must pay for the spa entrance in order to use the swimmingpool, which is a little bit ridiculous.

The room was very noisy and not in perfect conditions (see photos: broken chair, shutter and floor, stained bath tube). It was possible to hear the vibrating telephone of the neighbours. During the night there were hours of strong switch clicking noises like if some electric device was started and turned off. The staff didn't help.

The availability of parking

The hotel was almost empty but to get a room with a view one had to pay about 50% surcharge Also the description didn’t give the correct distance to the center . It is about 2.5 km of an unpleasant walk

They knew they were the last hotel available in town

In a nutshell, nothing

Last minute booking, on a busy weekend in August... All the hotels were full, so it’s was the only option left. Bad smell in the room, AC works erratically and too expensive. My advice: go elsewhere!
