Our stay at this beautiful property was amazing, courtesy the super hosts!

The property was well maintained and was situated in a calm neighbourhood. Most of the major attractions of the city were easily accessible from Pathik Niwas. Loved the garden area to which the rooms opened. The hosts were amazing and made us feel at home right away although we reached quite late due to flight delays. Mr. Puneet’s recommendations on the things to do around Jaipur made it easier to plan our sight seeing trips. The home cooked food was the cherry on top of an amazing platter. Our overall stay at Pathik Niwas was great. 😊

The host Puneet and his wife were really very helpful and went out of the way to make our stay comfortable. They even arranged an impromptu extension despite of prior commitments which we are really grateful.

Excellent hospitality and accommodation. We felt like at home with an added bonus of an excellent yoga class.

It is a bit out of the city centre so would recommend to have an Uber app. No problem of getting rides to the location.

A home away from home / like a retreat

Everything! No shoes in the house is just awesome for a start. The rooms are spacious, clean and nicely decorated. Have access to a patio / garden that keeps cool and has plants. The house seems for travellers only to share. The morning yoga is great and Puneet is very welcoming. His mum cooks delicious breakfast and service is like in a hotel! A well run home stay

Oasis of calm in Jaipur

An oasis of calm in Jaipur, Punnet has created a very special place and atmosphere in this guesthouse. We absolutely loved every second of our stay here. The place is comfortable and clean, the garden is peaceful and we enjoyed our Yoga classes with Puneet every morning. He is very helpful and shared a lot of tips and valuable information with us. Finally the food is absolutely delicious ❤️ we were looking forward for the breakfast everyday and they made every effort to accommodate for my dietary requirements. there is also a shared kitchen which we found really useful, and we really enjoyed sharing and talking with other guest. one of the best places we’ve stayed in a while, we will definitely be back thank you for everything Puneet 🙏

Exceptional stay

When you enter this B&B you find a sense of positivity and peace created by these two kindred souls Puneet and Prachi. it is away from the maddening crowd and noise and in a serene area. The breakfast was delicious and sufficient. We received a packed breakfast on one of the days when we had to leave early. The bathroom was spotlessly clean.

Loved the place, the home like feel and the people in it. I was extremely impressed with the attention to detail. My entire family enjoyed the tasty breakfast and a sumptuous choice of fruits along with the tea and juice. Puneet was extremely helpful in guiding us with the right things to do in the limited 2 days we had in Jaipur. Thanks for the amazing hospitality. Im sure to visit your place again and again.

Amazing!

I loved everything. The owner is super friendly who gives you the home away from home experience. The breakfast is amazing, he gives superb yoga classes you can join if you want, the rooms ar super clean, the area is peaceful and close to everything and when you need help or advise without any issue! If I would visit Jaipur I would definitely go back.

Wonderful stay in a quiet area of Jaipur

Puneet and his wife were the best hosts we have stayed with in our India trip. On top of that, the house was beautiful and very tranquil, breakfast delicious and Puneet did free yoga classes each morning. Can't recommend enough!

It was simply amazing

Prachi and Punit are amazing hosts, especially moreso as they are avid travellers themselves. The breakfast was wholesome, home cooked healthy meal and customized according to the taste of the guests. They guided me so well and I couldn't have asked for more. Anybody travelling to Jaipur , I highly recommend you to stay at this homestay, moreso if you are a solo traveler. The homestay is very spacious with an adjoining garden as well.

Easy to find location, very near to the road connecting to the highway. The owners are very nice and friendly, would make you feel home in a minute. Their mom cooks delicious breakfast.

There’s nothing that I didn’t like. If I’d be forced to say something negative, I’d say they should allow eating food inside the room. But that’s fair in a way that won’t let you make a mess :p

I had a wonderful stay and would highly recommend!

Puneet and Prachi are wonderful hosts who would ensure that you have a great time during your stay. The entire property is tastefully decorated and the rooms are clean and spacious. There is a good collection of books, movies and board games in the cozy living room that you are free to use. There is a private garden accessible from the room. The breakfast of hygienic and homecooked food, cut fruits and freshly squeezed juice is delicious. Being in a residential area, the property is well connected by app-based cab services such as Ola and Uber.

The hosts were great - very warm, friendly, helpful and welcoming people. The breakfast was really good with a lot of homemade authentic stuff. Good location and great value for money. They have good collection of books and a nice area to hang out. Great B&B overall.

Very nice and friendly hosts, polite and charming couple. Room was of a high standard, and in a quiet residential neighbourhood. Home cooked, delicious breakfast.

Would've been great if the room cable TV had the sports channel. Not a big deal for some people but it's rare to find a room in India where you cannot watch cricket on telly.

It's the best place in jaipur

Loved the rooms they were very clean and most importantly property owner puneetji was very kind and helpful. It's located in very nice neighborhood and the property is excellent. Guys don't search for anyplace else just book pathik niwas already!! It's better than any 5 star hotel and i would recommend this place very honestly 1000%🔥

Very nice place, Puneet and aunty were so helpful, house is nicely maintained , clean and new bathrooms, all rooms have AC and attached bath. Location is excellent

A gem in Jaipur!

The owner, Puneet is a legend! He gave us so much info and helped us book a driver for the day to see the forts (this works out more cost effective than using uber). The breakfasts were amazing and authentic! Highly recommended!
