Dishwasher didnt work well & extractor fan in en suite didn't work.

Excellent holiday base for one large family, two smaller families, friends etc and def recommend

Location was excellent. The office was easy to find to collect the keys and Quay holiday receptionist polite and helpful. The property is well situated, very clean with very welcomed treats ie complimentary tea/coffee/biscuits/snacks and chilled bottle of wine. There were lots of toilet rolls, complimentary soaps/shampoo etc and towels, which is always welcome, especially when travelling with a large family and room fans and hairdryers a plenty. The outdoor courtyard is secure and private with a hose/outside tap to wash any swimwear and a washing line with pegs and an indoor airer/ironing board/iron and dishwasher and washing machine tablets to get you started. Home from home. Good quality towels and bed linen. Fabulous holiday home. Car park pass is a blessing. We were travelling with two cars which was more difficult but helped to reduce the parking costs. Central location is excellent for beaches, bars, restaurants, buses,

The single beds were not as comfy as the double beds but still very good. Ample good quality bedding and pillows. A benefit would perhaps be if there was a more accessible coat rack (there is one inside the cupboard by the front door) and perhaps hooks to hang towels or dressing gowns on the back of the bedroom doors? Some of the kitchen light bulbs were flickering and a couple were not working/bulbs blown so just a few replacement bulbs due on next inspection/housekeeping and filter cleaning for dishwasher

A fantastic accommodation in Poole, Dorset.

We really loved the house and its location. The house was very clean with everything we needed fir our stay. The office was just around the corner from the accommodation with friendly and helpful staff to who provided info on our accommodation and how to get around. We were able to park in the multi-storey car park just 2 min walk away, with a fob provided by the managing agents, another great touch. The rooms at Dennets House were comfortable, clean and the area was quiet and felt safe. The harbour and town centre are minutes away, the high street has plenty of shops, a good indoor shopping mall and the usual high street banks. There is a local supermarket about 2 mins walk from our accommodation and another by the harbour for any supplies, snacks etc.. you might need. You really couldn't ask for more from this location. Getting around was easy and a trip on the ship for the Jurassic cruise is a definite must experience. The weather was dry and although slightly overcast at times, didn't take away from our fantastic break. This is a definite yes from us and we would stay here again. Thank you 😊

Pleasant convenient location

Good location near Poole Harbour, particularly useful to have a tesco and sainsbury's nearby. Homey enough.

Parking was within a multi storey 3 minutes walk away.

Poole harbour

Super property, really well kitted out even down to supplying beach towels. Great location to the town and harbour both 1 min walk away, spoilt for choice with pubs and restaurants (tho need to book). Good location for sightseeing with Bournemouth one side and Corfe Castle, Lulworth Castle and cove and Weymouth the other.

Parking so expensive we had to drive 10 mins away to park our 2nd car in residential road. Parking permit for 1 car in nearby carpark provided. Seagulls really noisy at 3am, had to keep windows shut. Would have been good if fans were provided

Fantastic holiday home in the perfect location

Fantastic holiday home, located just off the Quay and Hugh Street in a quiet corner. Very clean throughout and with lots of nice touches. Even a pleasant outside courtyard with stuff for the kids. Will most certainly stay again.

Location, location, location!

Perfectly located for multiple bars, restaurants and nice walks from the quay side. Sufficiently tucked away to be quiet at night. Great to have use of the multi-storey car park too.

The beds were too small and could have been more comfortable. We ended up with a room each! Sofa was also small, as was the dishwasher. Would be v cramped with any more than 4 people.

Overall an enjoyable stay, just a few issues to see to and it would of been perfect

Lovely property and ideal location for our needs, nice to have abundance of toiletries and towels and the welcome tray with tea, coffee and snacks was a very nice touch Beds very comfortable Well equipped kitchen

Such a shame that some maintenance issues let this property down Toilet seats kept coming off, despite being fixed by my husband several times, front door letter box kept falling off the door, we found a broken wooden object just left on the side on our arrival No facility to hire a stair gate?? yet we could hire a cot and high chair so ended up going out that evening to buy one Beautiful dining table let down by badly stained chair seats
