Room was comfortable and quiet. It was in a nice position looking over the pool.
No hairdryer in the room. Had to be collected from reception which I constantly forgot to do before my shower!!!
The resort is quite far from the front.Nice walk down but had to get a taxi back as uphill all the way.

Nice and quite , breakfast was amazing . Dinner at night was nice and healthy but limited. Very high standard. Bar / Waiters really nice
One chef was really grumpy at breakfast-he was then serving lunch in the afternoon at the pool it was an open kitchen he lost when he had to work later . Smashing fridge doors and chucking things about . His boss had to come down to speak to him
Air con didn’t work in the room .

The pool side cafe was calm, friendly and served very good food
Quietness- no rush for sun beds or not too busy by the pool at any time
4.3
Amazing buffet breakfast. Services and quietness in a lovely place.
When we arrived at a very hot basic bedroom, the air conditioning didn’t work. We had to start our holidays sleeping with a fan lent by the staff. Next day, they gave us a very nice bedroom much bigger and modern, the room we had booked from home. We were very happy and thankful but at the beginning we’re a little disappointed.
4.3
swimming pool, great breakfast, atmosphere very relaxed, welcoming staff, village style
location and not very suitable for a young crowd, room very basic
4.3
Quiet
The bedroom was very basic.

It's a great little complex with a lot more facilities than you typically get and it's got an authentic local feel plus a lot of space. Breakfasts were amazing!
4.3
Loved everything! what a gem. far enough from loud, busy streets yet close enough to everywhere you wanna go. convenient parking. absolutely fabulous and helpful staff who make you feel like home. cosy rooms. amazing facilities. great food. this was truly what I was looking for and can’t wait to return.

Just returned from 4night stay over new year.
Property was well located just a nice little 10minute walk to the old town bars etc.
€15 in taxi from airport 10mins to Casas.
Staff were great especially Aide extremely hard working, always smiling, very helpful and fantastic with the children too.
Great value.
Always got a sun bed by the pool, gym was good and never busy.
Limited choice at Breakfast, more quality cereals and Granola’s would be welcomed.
Limited amount of dumbbells in gym only up to 5kg. Would be good to see a rack up to 40kg.
Single beds in most apartments is odd, some fully fixed doubles would be great.
4.3
the location is very good. loved the setting of the casas. staff are very friendly and the breakfast is of a very good standard.
the bedrooms are very basic, and the type of shower means that the bathroom is soaking the entire time. an additional mirror in the bedroom would be very helpful.
furniture by the pool could do with a good power wash
4.3
nothing wrong with hotel
Breakfast could have been better location was a bit far from main town people with walking problems would have to use taxis
4.3
very nice and clean
everything was good

Friendly receptionist
Allowed early check-in
WiFi connection
* problems with canalization - when raining or having shower water stays in bathroom or even enters the room. We complained at the reception and cleaning lady was allegedly sent to dry the floor but we found the room the same way as we left it
* ugly industrial tiles in bathroom
* room cleaned only 2 times during 7 days stay
* cocroaches spotted coming out of canal entering the room
* worst pizza I have eaten in my whole life in hotel restaurant - cost me almost 10 Eur
* rooms separated by doors only - you can hear TV from other guests

I didn't like the fact that the bar man said that the bar was closing at 23:00 but when we got back to the bar at 22:55 he refused to give us a drink.

Overall the best 3 star hotel I've ever been to. The breakfast is delicious. The pool and the gym are great. The room is pretty nice for a 3 star hotel. Minigolf is pretty small but we had a lot of fun playing there.
It takes about 20-30 minutes to get to the beach in Puerto del Carmen by foot.

Canarian style village, private ,quiet.Staff friendly especially all the ladies on reception.Food was very good .Pool area peaceful.Spa treatment very good.Frida was lovely.
No sun parasols at pool. Not enough entertainment ,only alternate nights.Bit far out of town but shortcut from back of hotel to walk down was good .

Lovely spot. Very inclusive. Polite and clean lovely location great staff
Pancakes at breakfast poor. Everything else great

Loved everything about this place staff food facilities were amazing. Only downfall is its abot to far from beach but taxis are really cheap so it wasn't that much of an issue. Would definitely come back.
4.3
It was nice and quiet away from town but close enough if you wanted to go into it
Room was basic but all there did ask for another pillow but it never showed.
4.3
Location. Reception was nice and they were accommodating of our last minute change to adapt the price to 2 people instead of 3 when one of us got sick and didn’t join us on the trip.
The bathrooms. The beds. The breakfast. The cleanness.
It has Well-being in the title, but the breakfast was 80% fried food or heavy gluten. Very little fruit option and would be gone quite fast.
The whole complex is wheelchair accessible, which is appreciated I am sure by those in need of this specific amenities. Unfortunately, we did not need nor ask for it for our bedroom. And for anyone that has been to a wheelchair accessible bathroom knows, the toilets are higher and the sink lower. The shower is just a corner of the room with a flimsy, plastic curtain that does little to contain the water. It was just uncomfortable. With very small beds tucked to the corner and industrial tile floors… night tables that looked very cheap.
The general cleanness was dubious. The plates, utensils and glasses, tables and chairs, during breakfast all were sticky. And the dinner was not very tasty.
The toilet bowl hadn’t been properly cleaned when we arrived. At first I thought the toilet had not been flushed before our arrival but we later realized that after flushing, the toilet would fill with yellow water on it’s own.
The sheets and towels were clean though. And the shower soap was nice. Although the shower would not drain properly.
I think in general the hotel is targeted to a more mature audience and as two women in their 30s, we felt a little bit out of place. The location was quite central and offered parking so we would just try and spend the day out and just come back to sleep. I guess it was just not for us.
4.3
spacious accommodation although bathroom was dated and fridge needs to be integrated to prevent noise.
fridge needs to be integrated to prevent noise within studio.

Personally I loved the pool. The staff very attentive and helpful. I really enjoyed my stay here. My only regret didn't find this hotel earlier.

we had an early check out and there was no one on reception to check us out or book our taxi so we had to rush and try and do this ourselves
