Perfect for families, beach goers and corporate bookings Casa Del Mar set over three levels will comfortably accommodate and entertain the whole family, even the extended family.
It’s situated in a highly sought-after beach street location only 100 metres from Wamberal beach and features 5 large bedrooms, four bathrooms a heated swimming pool, and comfortably sleeps up to 15 people (Maximum 10 adults per group)
This magnificent home offers family living at its finest with large bedrooms all with built in robes and 3 including an en-suite and did I mention the self-contained pool cabana complete with kitchenette and bathroom.
The main residence has a total of 4 bathrooms plus two powder rooms, one on each level, a huge open plan kitchen with ceasar stone benchtops and butlers pantry, an open plan living, dining area that opens onto the entertainment balcony with ocean views looking over north Wamberal beach.
The heated pool will meet all your needs for your family holiday and provide a haven to simply relax and enjoy the sounds of the sea.

GROUND FLOOR
You enter the property through security gates into a fantastic 4 car basement garage that has plenty of parking for everyone. The property is fully fenced both front and back and is suitable for children.
The backyard features a resort style heated pool with its own shower and toilet.
The backyard is north facing which means the pool and entertainment area receives sun most of the day.
FIRST FLOOR
With internal access from the garage you can reach the first floor where you find four bedrooms, two that feature an ensuite. The main bathroom, laundry and powder room and access to the pool area.
SECOND FLOOR
The second floor consists of one bedroom with an ensuite, additional powder room, modern kitchen with butler’s pantry and gas cooking. Dining area seating eight people and an open plan lounge room with ocean views towards looking over Terrigal and it’s iconic Skillion.
The kitchen/Dining opens onto the balcony with a five burner BBQ that overlooks the heated pool and has ocean views of north Wamberal beach.

LOCATION
Casa Del Mar is located on the scenic Central Coast only 90 minutes north of Sydney via the F3 Freeway. The property is a hop skip and a jump from Wamberal beach and only a short walk to Lotus Café or Green room café where you can get a nice coffee.
Terrigal and Wamberal Beach are popular amongst tourists and residents for its great surfing, fishing, and diving. Terrigal beach is a 10-15 minute walk from Casa Del Mar where you can find award winning restaurants, cafes and great boutique shopping.

- Please note the 30-year age minimum required on all adult bookings, unless otherwise approved. (We do accept family style bookings, corporate/ retreats and minors are welcome at all our properties)
- The lead guest is responsible for the group conduct – we ask that everyone abides by local laws and rules including conducting themselves in a manner which is not a nuisance to neighbours.
- POOL HOURS: MONDAY - SUNDAY 8AM - 10PM
Noise
- You are welcome to use a speaker ‘UE Boom 3’ size or similar at the property at a reasonable level. We work on a one warning basis, so if there are neighbour complaints, we will ask you to turn this off.
- QUIET HOURS: Between 10pm and 7am, no speaker is permitted between these times.
- DJS are not permitted onsite at any time.
- Security does monitor the property and can be called for an undue noise complaint – please note this is a $250 call out fee each time if they do need to attend.

This was an excellent property with an excellent location close to beaches and facilities such as supermarkets, restaurants, coffee shops and gyms.Having a pool at the house provided that extra dimension for keeping children occupied.
The house was very spacious and very well appointed in terms of cooking facilities and fridges. The bedrooms were large and the beds comfortable.
The house provided an ideal venue for our family gathering of grandparents and 3 adult children with their own families of 8 children in total ranging in age from 4 to 12.
I highly recommend this property and would definitely consider staying here again.

First impressions of the accommodation was a safety issue as our eyes almost fell out. The place was immaculate, tidy and met all our expectations and more.
The rooms were large and all the facilities were available. The external living area was also a very sought after space which housed 3 in comfort. I have shared this accommodation with family and friends to also use as we were all blown away. A great place to stay. Thanks so much.

Such a beautiful, clean, big house with amazing views and lots of spots for the selfie queens out there. 3 family with lots of kids enjoined every moment of our holiday there. Pool was a bit cool for winter specially for kids even though it was heated, I would suggest the water temperature to 29* during the winter.(heated pool was the main reason we choose the house). We had a emergency whilst our stay which we were offered help very quick. Overall Happy with the stay.

With the ghastly weather going to the beach was out of the question but the heated pool was very popular!
The only negative is that this magnificent house does not have a dryer. We could not dry the towels and swimming gear.

The weather was inclement but the swimming pool was a major saving grace. This property is designed to host multiple couples and three small children and we enjoyed our stay. The property had all that we needed and more. On the negatives, door locks, certain parts of the property could do with maintenance, and security of the property could be improved.

Amazing property with plenty of room and space for everyone and short walk to the beach. Everything worked well, awesome pool, great kitchen with lots of essentials already provided. Only negative was the BBQ which was quite dirty from the previous guest.

However the BBQ was not clean, and ran out of gas halfway through cooking our meat, 2nd bottle also empty!!

A beautiful house in a great location.
Our stay in this beautiful house was unbelievable as is was too perfect. From the start, nothing was a problem. We had 16 of us stay here and there was plenty of room, a huge amount of glassware, crockery, cutlery, towels, tea towels and kitchen equipment. The smaller things amounted to a special time too, like air freshener in each toilet/ bathroom. The heated pool was amazing and used everyday. We had a small problem with a blind, it fell onto one of us, but was quickly addressed and compensation granted of a late check out. Fantastic service from the Property Manager. The property is a 4 minute walk to the Wamberal Life saving club where we had lunch and a cafe for our breakfast (which we can recommend too). Will definitely stay here again, hopefully with 16 of us if the property allows us to. Thank you again for a fantastic stay.

Perfect Retreat
The property was an absolute perfect retreat for our family getaway. It comfortably held our group of 12 adults and 3 children. The upstairs open plan living area was great to all hang out and the well equiped kitchen was used to cook and eat meals together. The pool house was an added bonus and guests could come and go without disturbing others inside the main house. The pool was very inviting and refreshing and kept the kids busy for hours. There is a four car garage with internal access which was handy. The checkin process was very simple and the property manager was very helpful. I highly recommend this property and hopefully one day we will be back.

We had a great time staying at this property! The property was as described with many bedrooms and bathrooms to comfortably accomodate our group. The house was very clean and bedrooms were set up nicely. The checkin and checkout process was also very easy with the property manager being very helpful throughout and very prompt with her responses.
