Excellent house for big group

The house is really spacious compared to other options in Tokyo. There are three separate bedrooms, living room and kitchen. Everything was clean and new. Beds are very comfortable. There are some shops, a big supermarket, a Uniqlo store, some restaurants and a big park nearby. There is a train station just few minutes walking from the house. It’s very easy to go to Narita Airport, one need to change train only one time at Nippori station. The owner is very friendly and it was very easy to check in and check out.

Nice stay close to Tokyo

Nice and well equipped house with everything you need to have a good stay close to Tokyo. The apartment was very clean and the bed was very comfortable. A very good point of this apartment is the option of a parking lot which I think is very difficult to find among other places in tokyo specially if you are in a tight budget Even it is not in the center it is well communicated with a train that brings you to Yamanote line. I'd say that it's perfectly compatible if you spend the day out and then you came back for sleeping but not close enough to go back and forth many times.

The only thing I did not like was the payment method. basically they only accept cash and you have to deposit it in a locker box on your arrival. My experience was that I did not had the exact amount when I get there and I though to put the money later. My surprise after few hours when I connect my phone again was several emails requesting me the money. To be honest that was a bit annoying as I consider that a healthy host and guest relationship should be build on trust but based on that I did not get this trust "feeling" from them. Would be much convenient if they would allow online credit card payment through booking or whatever.
