最高！！

部屋は広くはないけど妙に落ち着きました。落ち着き過ぎてすぐに眠っちゃいました。

贅沢を言わせて貰えばNetflixとかテレビで見れたら最高だったなぁと思います。

サラリーマンの駆け込み宿

仕事でビジネスホテルを利用しますがここは清潔感があります。

個人的意見ですが、ビジネスでよく利用します。ここは奥多摩、青梅、秩父とアクセスがいい場所、本来はビジネスでなくレジャーで泊まりたいです(個人的意見のデメリットです)。

部屋は狭いですスーツケース空けるスペースありませんでした荷物のおくスペースありませんでしたテーブルが狭くパソコンがキリギリおけるくらいでした

Could be better but comfortable enough

The carpet looked clean and the bed was clean and comfortable enough. The bathroom was very clean and spacious. There was no hot water pot in the room but there was a coffee and tea service in the lobby. The room we booked was smoking, even though we don't smoke, since it was all that was available, but this was endurable, since the window was thankfully able to open wide to allow fresh air into the room and remove the strong cigarette odor. The large window also provided a pleasant view of the quiet street and cityscape below, as well as plenty of natural light.

The walls of the room were badly scuffed, marked and stained, and worst of all, there was a strange and extremely unsightly shelf space beneath the counter top (I've included a photo) that was scuffed, covered in duct tape, and had a tangle of wires protruding out of a hole in the wall below it. This bizarre furnishing made the otherwise pleasant and comfortable room feel much more shabby and unsettling.

Great location, good value for the price.

Very conveniently located by the subway station, and the staff was extremely polite and helpful. The size of the room is about the same as any other business hotel in Tokyo and was clean.

As others have mentioned, there is a distinct smell of smoke in the halls, and although for myself it wasn't actually an issue as I smoke, it can be a problem for other people.

Will return for the location, staff, and price!

Staff was amazing! Exceedingly kind, thoughtful, and courteous. Price is excellent and the location is perfect. Will be staying again in the future!

Not bad. Will book again someday

Nice view of the mountain.

There is a cockroach in the room. The refrigerator is noisy. No disposable comb (compare with other hotel same as your level and cost). All else is okay.

Good location, bad everything else

Good location, and free coffee & hot water.

Property and amenities are all very old. There’s a funky sour-ish smell in the room. We tried to clean out the air a little with the AC, but even the AC blew out a funky smell. We had to sleep with the windows slightly opened. Not sure if it’s for security purpose but why do we have to hand in room key every time we go out?

Non-smoking room, but the hallways smelled like smoke

The location is very close to the station, convenience store and mall with onsen. Also conveniently located on the corner so you cannot miss it.

I couldn’t breathe coming down the hallway of my floor. The room smells a little bit because of the hallway. The room itself was okay, just old and dings on the wall and shower room.

Poor

The room is nasty looking, especially under the desk/counter area. When I cut the airconditioner on, it was stinky. The shower curtain is smelly too.

Nothing special

Good wifi, fridge and kettle. Nice ladies at front desk. It's close to train station and good supermarkets.

Unhelpful men working at front desk. They insist you leave the room key at the front desk when you leave the hotel. There is a pandemic so I don't like extra people touching my room key! The toilet paper has a strong 'air freshener' smell.

Quick, easy, convenient overnight stay.

Location was within easy walking distance of train station. Room was nice quiet and had all the amenities I could have needed. The reception was kind enough to take my bags and put them in my room while I spent the day in Ome, they were also very accommodating with the late check-in.
