Dirty balcony, renovation works in building, fridge in bad condition, stove in bad condition. Swimming pool is not managed well.

Not a good place to suggest

Its a good property if maintained well and if the service is provided in a right and timely manner

Very old building without any maintenance. For cleaning the room, we have to call the service person multiple times and will come very late even after calling multiple times.

Its a spacious 1 BHK flat with all amenities. They provide additional 20 liter water bottle as complimentary , they have AC in both Hall and Bedroom , has smart tv, dinning table , spacious double bed in bedroom , wardrobe, two sets of matress in the hall so it is wonderful .. They provide daily house keeping service on demand and the house keeping service people are excellent and very co-operative. There is Bike rental very near to property so it is very convenient for first time Goa Visitor The Owner is superb, she keeps checking on guests whether all is good or any issues. The property has Restaurant too.

The swimming is not clean , Guests dont follow rules of swimming pool due to which other guests has to face issue. I would request of cleaning swimming pool twice a day as some guests are very unhygienic and they even washed there undergarments in the pool . And small kids jump in the pool without clothes and it creates a feeling of unhealthy and unclear water . In the evening when i plan to swim i could see excess hair in the pool along with very bad thick matters. Service at restaurant is slow, they entertain people who has pre-booked breakfast in the hotel booking, otherwise if you have not included Breakfast in your room booking then you need to wait and wait is a bit long. However the People at restaurant are well behaved infact all staff are incredible and helpful

Perfect apartment in Candolim.

Well located, clean apartment on the 2nd floor with a well equipped kitchen. We stayed for 10 days there and found it a convenient base to explore North Goa in our car. Lots of attractions, restaurants and supermarkets very close by within walking distance even if you don't want to drive. The swimming pool was of an adequate size and was well maintained. Ms Asha, the contact person was very helpful. Daily housekeeping was efficiently done and they were flexible about the timings. We would definitely like to return!

Nothing in particular but maybe it would be nice to have a bigger screen TV (not that we are avid TV watchers) and maybe think of keeping a microwave in the kitchen. But really, the apartment was outstanding and the above 2 are mere recommendations to make it even better.

Peaceful place to stay

The place of accommodation is at the right spot, where it's an walkable access to Beach and main Street. It's clean, well maintained and peaceful.

Exceptional

The WiFi was fast. Place was cleaned every day. Spacious enough for 2 people. Clean pool. Great location.

It would be great if the walls could be repainted and fabrics changed to look better :)

Good place to stay with family ..

Behaviour of staff was good, location near to beaches , we could cook our own food as everything was provided for in the kitchen, we had requested for early check in and it was accepted by the caretaker Bishu.. In all it was a pleasant stay

Some minor maintenance issues like broken gas stove burners, plaster coming off walls ..

Great stay! Fun place, great location!

The location is perfect. Set apart, but walking distance to shops, stalls and an assortment of restaurants. 24/7 security, swimming pool and a restaurant on site that does free deliver. There is a small generator in the apartment in the event of loadshedding. It kept individual lights on and the fans. Great plus! Everyone there was friendly. Rajesh was a star. He cleaned our place and also gave advise and helped with booking day trips for sightseeing. Asha our host, was friendly and helpful. She assisted with a taxi from the airport to the apartment and ensured we arrived safe. Did a check up to ask how we were as well. The aircons was a blessing! :) Thank you everyone.

There was no hot water to wash dishes, but the kettle to heat water, worked just fine to make up for that.
