Super supportive staff

It has good location near the beach. The staff/receptionist are extremely helpful and nice. You can hardly find somewhere else that as supportive as them.

With 25$/night for those services, I can’t think anything I dislike.

a great place to stay, worth the experience

Room as described, very clean. Lots of trees, a swimming pool right at the skylight location, so it's very beautiful. The staff is enthusiastic, friendly, ready to support everything in their ability. Will come back if there is a chance

Pleasant stay and very good value for money

We had a really nice time in John Boutique Villa. Rooms were clean, breakfast was very good (we tried plenty of Vietnameese dishes, all of them were really tasty), there are massage chairs at the pool. Location is convenient and the staff is friendly and helpful.

The hotel is close to the beach, has some restaurants around and the rooms have a balcony, which is definitely great in Summer. The breakfast was ok, nothing extraordinary, local simple food. No buffet. They land us a motorbike for half a day.

One room had mold on the wall. The staff changed the room but it still had a smell of mold ... Maybe the walls are not well designed, the toilet had no windows and being so closed to the sea generates high humidity.

Just really nice. Felt like home and i enjoyed it a lot, thanks to the staff,location and atmosphere

The staff was really friendly and nice. Room was good with a nice balcony, good shower and nice pool inside the hotel. Also you can rent a motorbike, which was great to get around Da Nang.

The place is really quite nice which is a shame because the staff and management made this beautiful space awful..

The staff were quite rude once I first got to the area. The laundry service managed to put a fair amount of still wet clothes in a bag causing them to mold ( not cheap clothing). When confronted on this they simply sprayed a lot of perfume on the clothes instead of trying to clean the mold. As we were packing, one of the management decided to park his yellow mercedes right in front of the bike exit. He clearly saw that customers were leaving and did nothing to show any sign of respect. We are coming back to Da Nang in a few days for a 5 day stay and we did not even consider re-booking this spot.

Accomodation different as usual, many greenplants and flowers, small pool in the attrium

During the day time no hot water, room rather claustrophobic, bathroom flooded after taking a shower.
