Wow! what a beautiful hotel in a superb location. The decor and furnishings are amazing and the location overlooking the atlantic incredible for watching the sun go down. Rachida and her team are all so welcoming and nothing is to much trouble to make your stay so memorable.

Our stay at Salut Maroc was a beautiful tapestry of professional service and heartfelt hospitality. Nabeel, the epitome of professionalism at the front of the house, made our experience smooth and pleasant with his kind demeanour. Abie's radiant warmth and attentive nature infused our days with joy and energy, his friendly and super-cool attitude making every interaction a pleasure.
Hamza and Nabeel who work in the restaurant were exceptional and super attentive - sorry for all the food thrown by the kids. And the cleaning staff that go above and beyond.
The real jewel in the crown of Salut Maroc, however, is Mina.
Mina's character is a blend of warmth and sincerity that resonates deeply with all who meet her. Her natural ability to connect with people, especially children, is nothing short of remarkable. She carries a sense of calm and understanding that is both comforting and inviting, making every interaction feel personal and genuine. Her presence at Salut Maroc truly makes a difference, turning great service into an unforgettable experience.
Her exceptional care for our children was something truly special. As parents, entrusting our little ones to someone new is a step we seldom take, yet Mina's natural rapport and genuine warm loving connection with them gave us complete peace of mind. She cared for our son as if he were her own, which speaks volumes of her character and the ethos of Salut Maroc.
The establishment itself mirrors the charm and grace of its staff, offering a haven of beauty, luxury and authenticity. Salut Maroc stands out as not just a hotel, but a home away from home, thanks to the likes of Mina and all the staff who turn a simple stay into an unforgettable family experience. The hotel and staff are amazing and we will definitely be back.
Nothing - the hotel and staff are all amazing

The hotel is beautifully designed. The roof- top bar offers a great view over the city and the sea (particularly great at sunset)
Our room - though also beautifully designed - has been very small. In addition it has been very noisy. Though the roof- top bar is very nice (as long as you sit there yourself) it is very annoying if you are in your room right under it (particularly when the life band is playing). Before 23:30 it wasn’t even possible to waste a thought on sleep.

Absolutely stunning hotel. It was a delight of bright bold colour. Everything had been thought of, and every time I looked at a wall, ceiling, lamp, chair, terrace, corner, I was wowed.
Every member of staff was incredible.
I will be coming back 😁🙏🏼

Funky one of a kind Riad located near the ramparts with great views of them from the gorgeously terrace. Loved staying here. Perfect location - calmer and easy to get to during the day if needed.
Shower made a puddle as it spilled over the gorgeous copper bath tub. Which by the way as very comfortable to have a lovely soak in on my first night.

The location could not be beat. Right in the medina but overlooking the ocean. The rooms where beautiful and comfortable. We really enjoyed the huge copper bathtub. The band that played in the evening was wonderful. Breakfast on the roof was lovely.
The shower did make a mess on the floor. There really wasn't anything that we didn't like.

This is one of the best hotels I have ever stayed in. It has been created with real passion and attention to detail and is completely stunning and stimulating and lots of fun. I loved the copper bathtub, the food in the restaurant and the breakfast was amazing. The staff really looked after us and were very attentive, a true 5 star experience. I would especially like to say thank you for thinking of my birthday, I will never forget being delivered a surprise chocolat fondant, while sitting in the copper tub! Memories made and can’t wait to come back.
Absolutely nothing.

EVERYTHING. Staffs, facilities, location, view, food. and certainly the hospitality. We were even given a bigger room after seeing us with 2 kids though our booking was for different type. Helen and all her staffs were amazing. One night they brought breads to room for us even after dinner time as we felt hungry and had nothing to eat. That's called service. Thanks Helen (BTW my daughters were looking for you till last day)..Keep it up. Cheers!!!

Wonderful staff who were fun to talk with and very kind. location was perfect. though you couldn’t see the ocean from our room, you could hear and smell it. the decor will amaze you. breakfasts were so big we could hardly finish them. rooftop restaurant was lovely and our waiter Nabil was so kind and friendly. my daughter had a ham mam which she loved for an excellent price.
really everything was pretty darn great.

I have asthma and breathing allergies. Due to the excessive use of chemicals and perfumes I started wheezing and using my puffer the moment i arrived. Having been shown to my room which had no airflow due to it looking into a tiny internal street alley, and strong cleaning fluids, washing powder and deodorizing or perfume scent, I asked if I could please have a higher room with airflow. I was told it would cost me a ridiculous $500 to move higher up. It was about 9-10pm. Two higher rooms with ocean facing windows were empty -and no other hotels in the old Medina were open at that hour (and a trolley pusher would have been essential to move luggage in the old city). I pleaded that it wasn’t about beach views just fresh air but I was refused. The owner was contacted at her home by phone while I stood in the lobby and also refused even though I was distressed and quite obviously unwell and wheezing. I ended up stripping all heavily perfumed sheets and pillows off the bed and slept on a bare mattress using my computer bag as a pillow and coat as a blanket. And wearing my hot Covid mask -knowing other rooms were unoccupied and could have been given to me out of sheer kindness. I’m a journalist who travels a lot for work. I also run airbnbs with an average 5 star reviews. I was humiliated and shocked not only at my treatment but also the negligence of not taking care when someone is clearly sick and struggling for breath in front of you. I got through the night and have lived to tell the tale ! but this expensive hotel ranks as one of the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed at. To be fair it must be noted that the owner apologized the next day saying she was sick and not thinking clearly when contacted. I accept the apology but ultimately staff especially a hotel manager must be trained to deal with such situations —particularly higher end riads. The other comments about the hotel are true - lovely decor great location and breakfast. Just don’t get sick… or have allergies.

amazingly designed (loved it) by Helen the owner of the hotel. delicious breakfast, as well as the dinner at the rooftop restaurant. rooms are different than each other, in color and size. a perfect stay for design lovers.

Excellent location really beautiful inside - decoration was amazing. Lovely rooftop resto and bar area. Fabulous view.
Thé hôtel was having the outside of the hotel painted which meant my shutters had to be closed all afternoon- shame to sit in a dark room. I would have really liked the room I booked on the website where I could have had shutters open rather than the ones I was moved to. But overall a highly recommended hotel.
