Excellente adresse au centre de Mainz

L'hôtel est une excellente adresse. Il est situé au centre ville, a un garage privatif pour les voitures et un local fermé pour les vélos. Ce qui nous a particulièrement plu est l'accueil chaleureux par Marco qui nous a fourni d'excellentes explications, avait une grande disponibilité et nous a même offert un upgrade.

Sans climatisation, la température peut monter haut dans les chaudes journée d'été. Nous en avons pas souffert car il ne faisait pas trop chaud pendant notre séjour fin juilllet.

Eigentlich ein eigentlich ein Fall für den Anwalt. Wohl überbucht und der Schaden auf uns abgewälzt.

Wir haben nicht die Zimmer bekommen, die wir gebucht und bezahlt haben. Es gab weniger Betten und wurde durch Schlafsofas und Beistellbetten kompensiert. Dafür sollten wir noch drauf zahlen. Nach massiver Beschwerde wurden uns dann die Parkgebühren erlassen. Mehr nicht.

Wonderful stay

The Reception was very welcoming and helpful escorting me to my suite. The location is perfect. The suite itself was above and beyond - large windows to let in fresh air and light and to see the views of the garden and beyond. Every amenity needed was in place. Quiet, comfortable, and beautiful.

Wunderschön!

Es war der perfekte Aufenthalt, da einfach alles gestimmt hat :-) Die Lage war super und das Gebäude wunderschön. Wir wurden sehr freundlich vom Gastgeber empfangen und mit einem Zimmer-Upgrade überrascht. Vielen lieben Dank nochmal dafür 😊 die Suite war wunderschön, super Ausstattung, sehr sauber und ruhig. Danke für den tollen Aufenthalt und danke an den Gastgeber, der uns immer freundlich mit Rat und Tat zur Seite stand!

Gerne wieder.

Tolle Location, ganz zentral im wunderschönen Mainz gelegen. Sehr komfortabel, sauber und gemütlich. Parkplatz war hinten auf dem Hof.

Wenn überhaupt 2 Dinge: 1. Es gab keine E-Autoladestation. 2. Vor Ort mussten wir noch 25 Euro nachzahlen, weil noch ein Zusatzbett aufgebaut werden musste (obwohl ich meine, die korrekte Belegung bei Buchung gemeldet zu haben).

No air conditioning and no shutters nor curtains: we had to keep the windows open to breathe, and we woke up at 6pm!

Amazing stay, only sad we had to leave so early and couldn’t stay longer

Amazing building in a great location. The receptionist/manager was really sweet and gave us a better room And provided useful tips.

The shower was badly made, so water would come everywhere

Location. I was also impressed by the staff's responsiveness to my family's needs.

Lack of a/c. But, hey, 30 degrees Celsius is hard to combat. I understand the limitations in a 300 year old building. The beds were comfortable. The spreads were comfortable on cool nights, but too warm much of the time. In summer, consider single sheets as an option.

Excellent location very large room. Clean and equipped with coffee, glasses plates, etc..Marco was very nice and accommodating, he recommended a great restaurant.

The suite was very large. However, we would’ve preferred a pull out bed in the living room.

Nice apartment in a central location

Perfect location close to the train station. Many places to eat nearby. Comfortable beds and well appointed kitchenette. Close to all the main tourist sites

The hotel is in an old building so there is no airconditioning. Only heating. Because of location opening the windows means the room is incredibly noisy esp at the front due to passing traffic inc trams and all the nearby cafes and restaurants. The rooms at the rear are much quieter. There are no black out curtains so the rooms are bright as soon as the sunrises

The property and the location. Got an upgrade to better room

Got an upgrade but it was kept on mentioning back to me. Parking is overpriced. Was charged 40€ /night eventhough it’s was mentioned 25/day. So the upgrade was offset.

This is such a beautiful place to stay..in the heart of Mainz. Everything was superb. We had a lovely apartment looking over the square. Little kitchen was brilliant to fix breakfast and heat a few things up. The host was amazing! We wished we booked for longer. 5 star!

Charming property, excellent location, highly professional staff

Extremely professional attitude of the gentleman at the reception. He accompanied me over the phone when, on a rainy evening, because of some accidents on the motorway, close to Mainz, the police had to divert traffic through smaller confusing roads, in the middle of the nowhere. Then he stayed late to wait and welcome me at the property. A big thank you!

Friendly reception by Marco, beautiful apartment, nice touch to leave umbrellas in the apartment and on the ground floor, sufficiently equiped kitchen

High and narrow bed, shower curtain didn't prevent water from flowing outside of the shower, sound from tram could be problematic for light sleepers

Magical experience for my aunt visiting Europe for first time

The staff was absolutely incredible and the room with a view was unbeatable. I can’t believe the value. Close to restaurants, bars and shopping.
