Hotel accogliente, ideale per assaporare l'atmosfera del lago.

Posizione incantevole adiacente al porticciolo e alla passeggiata lungo lago. Hotel un po' classico ma si respira l'atmosfera del posto. Accoglienza davvero ottimale, il gestore parla anche italiano, è stato un piacere conoscerlo. Molto carina la creperia che fa parte della struttura. Comodo il parcheggio privato compreso.

Purtroppo il giorno del nostro arrivo il ristorante era chiuso, davvero una delusione, ci è stato spiegato che hanno avuto problemi con il personale di servizio. Peccato.

HORRIBLE À FUIR

La literie est bonne.

Ménage INFECTE, j’ai choisie de prendre une grande chambre, je me retrouve les 3 premières nuits dans une grande pour au final me faire passer la dernière nuit dans une petite chambre alors que j’ai payé pour une grande parce que le ménage n’était pas fait ! Il n’a sans doute jamais était fait or refaire le lit. Très déçu de cet établissement ! Aucuns gestes commerciales n’a était fait. Chambre très froide que l’un de vos collègues a bien confirmé, ménage non fait (trace moisissure dans la salle de bain, toilettes dégoûtant) PIRE HÔTEL DE MA VIE ! Sèche cheveux dans la deuxième chambre qui ne marchait pas.

We were there for a one night stay, and it was perfect. Walking along the lake, eating, spa...

The location is beautiful–right by the lake. The owners and employees are super nice and friendly. The room was clean and the bed comfortable. We enjoyed the food, lunch in the crêperie, dinner in the hotel restaurant, and breakfast, with bio yoghurt and fresh fruit.

The decor of the room was un peu triste - a lovely old building in traditional style from the outside, but horizontal floorboards in grey-beige on the walls, and not a single picture. It was also quite small.

TRES BONNE ADRESSE

Très bon emplacement. Très bon rapport qualité/prix. Le cadre, la terrasse (petit dej au soleil, face au lac) et la décoration de la salle de restaurant sont vraiment très bien.

Pleasant

The location was excellent, the restaurant and bar was brilliant. The staff are very friendly. The room was clean and adequate.

The room was extremely hot due to the very warm weather. We were provided with 2 fans but one did not work which made sleeping very uncomfortable. The room would have benefitted from air conditioning. The room was very small for 5 adults, we were expecting a larger room.

Superb

Really nice personell - they let us print necessary document. Great location. Tasty and fresh breakfast, all sweet, but it was all listed upfront.

A little stuffy but we were staying in 5 people room. With Window open it was cold, with closed it was stuffy. Better ventilation would be great.

Good hotel on the lake side with attached restaurant. Needs heating on in September!

Location was excellent on the Harbourside. Restaurant below for evening meal and breakfast. Room was clean and nice.

The room was cold. Someone came to check the radiator and said all was ok, but it never came on.

Nice stay near lac du Bourget

Very good location near the lake and cruise boarding stations. Dinner in the restaurant was OK too. Staff was very helpful to manage our special requests for the breakfast. Exterior terrasse under the trees is very comfortable for dinner.

As there is enough space available on the exterior ground/terrasse , i would suggest to even get a separation of smoker and non smoker areas .

lovely location.

fourth time I have stayed here at this dog friendly hotel. it’s right next to the port and great for walking our Labrador along the lake. It is basic accommodation with bathroom but still value for money. The busy Skiff restaurant is mainly fish but they cater for other meat dishes. Free car parking in this busy resort right behind the hotel.

Experience Lake Bourget

Great location next to the lake, boat rides, and restaurants. The hotel's private parking is very handy.

The room was hot after the recent heat wave and stayed like that for the night even with windows open.

all worked out perfectly. we have been there im August - bus season and it still had been quite quiet. The room had been warm due to high temperature, but vents had been in the room to move the air. perfect location and really nice stuff

Be prepared that the hotel comes with two restaurants downstairs including noise and smell. It didn't bother me, I will come back anyway. :)

we liked the location on the lake, they accept pets, the staff a super friendly and helpful and the food was great. free and easy parking just behind the hotel is an absolute must. we’ve stayed here before.

Great place, very pleasant French waiter and staff

The hotel has a prime location right by the lake, great accesible parking and the room was spacious, clean and comfortable. Also, the restaurant and staff were great, we had some awesome meals.
