I felt like I never left home♥️. A very enjoyable , safe and comfortable stay. Happy that we were not affected by loadsh

Very clean & neat . Latest appliances and inverter so load shedding was not a problem. Hosts responded immediately when messaged. Safe area. Loved the bathroom. Comfortable beds and enough bedding. Kitchen had everything needed .

Bathroom amenities were not refilled.

The location was good, central in cpt. Beds were comfortable, apartment suited our needs, kitchen was well equipped. Had solar which is very useful for loadshedding.

Well maintained, beautiful apartment.

The property is very well maintained. It’s spacious. Stunning showers. Crockery and cutlery is of good quality. It’s home away from home. Really stunning property. Neat, tidy and clean.

We enjoyed the area and the apartment was clean and big enough for the whole family.

Rooms were big enough. And the apartment is 👌👌👌. The apartment was close to shopping centres, private hospital and common restaurants. Last is that it isn't far from N2.

Luxurious apartment with 2 master bedrooms and private patio

The apartment is modern and luxuriously furnished. We particularly enjoyed the private courtyard and patio that has BBQ facilities. The 2 master bedrooms are super comfortable with enough cupboard space for any fashionista. The gourmet kitchen was equipped with everything we needed to cook Christmas lunch, which we ate my mom's place. The apartment is comfortable and spacious enough for long stays since it has a lounge with a big screen TV and full DSTV package. Not to mention the washing machine...

I didn't like the fact that I was informed of the R1000 deposit after making the booking. Nevertheless, the deposit was refunded in full within 3 days of our stay. Guests do not have access to the pool on the main/adjacent property , which was not clear in previous reviews.

Everything of the house, my favourite place was the Kitchen well furnitured, spacious and neat

The establishment is in quiet area, equipped with everything you will need, very neat and clean.

it is a self-catering facility, hence no breakfast is served. The area was perfectly central for the point of departure to all the areas we wanted to visit. It is also a quiet area, well equipped with amenities, and a very clean facility. The barbeque area is excellent and cozy.

It is just a pity we could not utilize the pool during our stay because it was under refurbishment. The security personnel patrolling the area did not use marked vehicles. it was at a closer look that we realized that they are security personnel. We could have mistaken them as hooligans

Living area is a bit small, but due to the fact that one only sleeps there, it is more than sufficient

The facility was well equipped., and modern. The area was nice and we felt very safe. When i messaged the owners i was immediately assisted. Was updated regularly about loadshedding times. Memory the lady that kept the apartment clean was very nice and helpful.

That we were late for our grandsons baptism service as we could not get out. Due to loadshedding the batteries for the gate didnt open. But someone was send out and opened manually

This accommodation is situated in a quiet part of Pinelands. No interference or distractions or heavy traffic.

1. The area is safe. 2. The apartment / parking is secured. 3. Inside the apartment there are beautiful modern finishes. 4. My kids felt at home with the internet tv, most best hotels don't offer these. 5. The kitchen is fully loaded with all the amenities you'll need. 6. Thanks to Portia for keeping the apartment clean. 7. Centrally located between the airport and Waterfront. 8. Best value for money. 9. Our host Theo, keep up the good work!
