The location, accessibility, front office staff (day shift and night shift), management, etc. kids will enjoy this hotel because the hotel has educational/superhero comics related monuments/ornaments all over the hotel.
It is convenient to have a 7-Eleven next door, especially during a long stay with family. However, anyone visiting 7-Eleven should scrutinize their bill/invoice because it has been caught out that the cashiers are cheating customers and the relevant management has been informed. Cashiers either double punch (invoice you incorrectly) or give you money short when they owe you. During a particular date, we had seven different incidents (inaccurate invoicing or balance short) and we decided to escalate the incidents to the management of the hotel and 7-Eleven. So be aware and mindful of what you are been charged and what you receive as a balance.

A really fun location with a superhero theme, a rooftop bar and super nice and friendly staff.
Poor aircon, couldn’t open windows, no oxygen in the room and not a nice smell, leaking in the bathroom, horrible view on a running down flats.

Nice staff and clean room, whole building is well decorated and thumbs up for gaming room for those who traveling with kids. Highly recommend. They have nice rooftop restaurant and Bar. Breakfast is available for your choice, offering with free coffee. 10-15 min to drive to Manilay bay, Ocean par and Manila Zoo (Taxi will cost 150-200 peso, Grab is more convenient). To airport 400-500 peso. Definitely will stay again.
Nothing we did not like. Double bed were a bit smaller, or it was a single bed, we did not pay attention while we booking. The only one recommendation would be food choice in restaurant.

It's location is great. Very accessible to the nearby spots that we need to get to.
The bed and linens are very comfortable.
The food served at the roof deck is surprisingly excellent for their price point, and the view is exceptional.
There seems to be a lack of coordination among the staff. We particularly requested an early check-in (1-2pm) in anticipation of our tiring travel. We arrived 15 minutes past 2 (normal check-in time) and we were informed that the rooms are not yet ready. We waited for a good 15-20 minutes before the front desk checked us in. When we entered one of the rooms (we booked 2), it wasn't cleaned up yet from the last occupant (see attached photos). So I don't know what the 15 minute waiting time was for.
No proper parking. It's in the Makati/Manila area and you could only park your car on curbside. Not only it's not safe, but it's also against the law.
We also booked 2 sets of breakfast meals for 2 rooms and 2 mornings but apparently it didn't show up in the booking so we only received 2 sets for 1 room. Had no time to argue as we were very tired.

The staff was really friendly and I liked the restaurant on the top of the building. The location is great, easy to get a taxi and you can walk to the old town. All in all it was above my expectations and a good example that people can make the difference!

The food tastes really good. I would say the chef / cook really did a great job!
The jacuzzi is located where there are too many people. It could be more comfortable and nice if it's indoor or located in a place where there is a little bit of privacy.

The staff are very helpful and friendly.
The bed in the room I booked was not very comfortable. It should be Double Bed but literally they just combined 2 single beds, so there’s a space/gap at the center of the whole bed.
There are insects (little cockroach, ants) in my room. I don’t know why.

i like the room and its avengers decoration. it is exactly what I saw in booking.com. i love that we have our own living area that is so cozy and my son love the sofa which is convertible. He slept there for 2 nights.
only the air condition in the bedroom . maybe it needs cleaning to fully set the room on the temperature we desire.

My room with a balcony was very nice, one of the best beds ever at a Hotel. Breakfast was very good, great service. My room was always clean and serviced often. The Professional Spa was the best bargain in The Philippines. A highly trained professional staff over seen by a Physician. A great two hour massage for $20.00 This was a true professional massage spa for the price of the tip at the "Street Side" spas. The entire facility was decorated with very interesting memorabilia. I enjoyed talking with the owner and he took me to the airport himself and would not take a penny. This will be my hotel if I get to visit again for sure. Anderson Hutsell, Tennessee, USA
I was disappointed that I did not avail myself of the Spa until the last week of my stay.
