Everything we wanted was in walking distance to the motel. Great location, however the pool looked very green. We were not game to swim in it as it had broken tiles around the pool edge. They would cut your feet if trying to get in the pool.
The pool tiles around the pool were all broken, they looked very dangerous. So we didn't get to swim on the hot days we were there.

The guy on the check in was very nice and polite, a little bit confused, but full simpatic.
The room is spacious, clean sanitary, good WiFi.
The breakfast is on the card.
The restaurant on the top floor with nice views.
The staff in restaurant does not speak English.
The wood furniture is compact and modern artist designed.
Close to King Palace, Silver Pagoda and National Museum. Ž
The sourand is dark and be careful
The main street with night club is close.
There are a lot young escorts ladies
5 minutes take from this street full of live music and bars to hotel.
We had a incident, approximately at the midnight my husband and me went to hotel and in the dark street one men on the motorbike drove straight to me and tried to stole my personal belongs.
Thanks God I am strong lady and hold strong my bug.
He just a little bit hurt my hand but without any consequences.
It was scary experience.

Specious room, staff is ok
Out dated and had some bad smell.
Low TV signal. Breakfast was OK.
Construction near across the street.
Last floor gets noisy early when the staff prepared breakfast.

there are signs of tiny cocroaches running around in the kitchen area up on the 5th floor

Rooms were comfortable, hotel was well located. Reception staff were helpful.
Only reception staff spoke English. Lighting in rooms minimal. Very small pool on the roof surrounded by pebbles which were uncomfortable underfoot.

Not too far from the action on 136, clean rooms, good shower
Noisy from outside. They said they could give me a weekly rate, and then offered me less than a dollar a day discount

Staff..friendly and helpful
Linen was old; towels and floor rugs raggedy. Shower didn't work well and it was not a well made toilet. The room was on the 4th floor and at night there were constant noises from furniture being moved around in the rooftop bar.

Our rooms were not serviced properly daily. Everyday we had to ask for toiletpaper, when I asked for 2 extra pillows, they told me they only had 1 to give. The towels had holes in it.
The coffee shop lady argued about giving us our change back, the restaurant/bar didn't accept card payment, only cash. When we booked the hotel, they offered a free one way shuttle service from or to the airport. I confirmed this with reception the day before we left, asked for this service, she said yes, it is so, only to end up having to pay for it.
3.8
It's a quiet boutique hotel well-located with large rooms. There is a nice area for breakfast on the last floor.
Bathroom lighting could be better.
3.8
Location was central, but is also too close to red light area activity, The river front location is walkable distance. Plenty of restaurants and coconut vendors, close to night markets, close to Central market, plenty of places to exchange foreign currency. there was coffee, and water.
the rooms were not very well lit, furniture needs an upgrade, but I do understand that due to covid, tourism is at a low,
