Decor inside and out.

$60 transfer to/from airport ! Offer customer desert, then charge customer. Tacky. Floors in room creeky ! Bathroom need updating. Just expected more. Would never return.

I was tricked into staying in a room that was an upgrade and more expensive than I thought I was paying. It definitely put a damper on my visit 😔

great stay at historic/stoic hostel with excellent staff and great facilities, very comfortable

facilities were clean and tidy, and at first impression seemed stoic and historic. it seemed like the hostel had a story to tell and was open to being heard.

the wifi did not extend to my room and the shower stalls could’ve used an upgrade (though the water pressure and hot/cold functions were excellent)

Beautiful facility, ideal location, lovely staff!

The staff are super helpful and kind! The breakfast each morning was delicious (omelet with croissant was one example). The location can’t really be beat…you’re right in the middle of everything you’d want, within walking distance.

Because you’re in the middle of everything (a big bonus) it also means it can be a bit noisy at night. Nothing a pair of ear plugs can’t fix!

The hotel is very clean and the staff is super. The concierge helped me in all that I needed and made the logistics of my travels much easier. As a solo female traveller I felt very safe.

Convenient location with relatively decent comfort. Very accommodating staff.

The staff was helpful and the location was great. The breakfast and coffee were good. The hotel has a charming lobby and breakfast area. Possibly because of the season, the outside did not look as charming.

I felt the room to be a bit smaller and noisier than I expected and there was a step up from the room to the bathroom, which was not desirable if you wake up in the middle of the night. The management told me the excessive noise was due to the independence celebrations. Maybe.

Great value, good location and friendly and helpful staff!

The hotel was quaint, each room is unique and rustic. Breakfast was good, it consisted of fruit, yogurt, eggs and toast. The place is secure, with a security gate around the perimeter so I felt safe and secure. The staff was exceptional; all were friendly and helpful. Diego was great in helping with covid testing and making sure I had all my needs taken care of.

It was a little bit cold in the rooms, but the hotel has some small heaters available.

The property is safe and in a good location. The beds are very comfortable. The hotel is spotlessly clean and great attention is paid to hygiene measures. The staff are very helpful and friendly.

Central location, friendly staff, great breakfast.

It was centrally located, they made a delicious hot breakfast every morning and the staff were very helpful and friendly. The hotel has character, it isn't a typical high rise building with no personality. Also it was safe.

I would absolutely stay at the Villa de Sant again.

The Villa de Sant is a quaint hotel in a very convenient location. The price was very fair for the facilities offered and for the excellent breakfasts (fruit, eggs, yogurt, waffles, etc) that are freshly cooked for you. There are no tvs in the rooms, but who goes on vacation to watch television?

There was a mix up regarding my hotel ordered pick up from the airport, but I was easily able to get a taxi to the hotel instead. The hotel did apologize, but no other consideration was given.
