Gostei bastante do apartamento. Tudo funcionando e reformado. Banheiro ótimo. Localização também. Bem próximo a ponte Romana de Córdoba.
Tudo me agradou.

Near from everything.Perfect location.
The walls are thin. We had a ‘neighbor’ who left the children scream and run all day/night . You can hear everything.

Smooth communication with the contact person. Very clean and well decorated/designed apartment. It had a wonderful private terrace, which has a view of historical buildings like the roman bridge and tops of the mosque/cathedral. Overall both the building and the apartment itself is very nice adapted to the city, like you are part of it.

Amazing luxurious, well furnished studio, felt so homely and like being in a historic palace. So close to the Roman bridge and the Mezquita, and free parking on the side streets. Amazing value and the best place I've stayed at in a long time.
Nothing.

the apartment is clean and it has all the facilities needed for a night or more
maybe next time i would pick a more centrical location

Great location to explore and enjoy the city. Easy check-in and parking spaces were available in the streets near the apartment. The tranquil area at night helped to get good rest—air conditioning (essential in Córdoba May-Oct). The apartment has the basics to prepare coffee and breakfast. Otherwise, a few cafes are around the corner to enjoy a full breakfast. La Casa del Río provides a few recommendations if that is your wish. Lovely sized bathroom and excellent water pressure. Clean and comfortable.
The kitchenette is inside a wardrobe, so we only made coffee there while getting ready to start our day.
Walls are thin and, although at night everybody was very respectful and we couldn't here anything, in the mornings you might hear the other apartments water pipes, doors, and conversations in the distance.

The room was clean and tidy, and everything appeared to be new and well-kept. The location was decent, but the walk to the centre was a little long in the summer heat. The neighbourhood was very quiet at night.
The room only had one window, which was into an atrium. We couldn’t open the blinds, as it allowed for everyone passing in the hallway to look directly at our bed. There was also someone smoking cigarettes in the atrium and on our floor, which seeped in, and gave our room a bad smell, and it further limited us from opening the window. This was not so nice, since we had booked a non-smoker room.

Location of the apartment was really good.
Near the famous bridge and crossing that bridge you were instantly in the city centre.
Free parking around the accomodation.
Nothing, everything was OKish, nothing special.

The property was located on the other side of the river from the old town, but is only a 5 min walk away. The bathroom is beautiful.
The wifi went out a couple of times. There is a shared terrace on the roof with the room on the top floor, however the bit you can actually go in has no furniture to sit on - not like it is shown in the pictures for the room.

The location is perfect. Free and easy parking in surroundings. Building with nice style and good apartment commodities.
The decorative bed pillows should be changed, because smell to grease. As the apatment is small, the cooking smells infiltrate.

excellent location and bed very comfortable
it was a bit dark and had a small kitchen area

Info provided made getting in easy and there was free parking on the street right outside. The unit has a great location. The center of the historic area is a brief walk away.
The bathroom sink did not work and looks like is has been out of commission for a while. One faucet handle was disconnected and just spun. The other was nonexistent. The cot upon which our daughter was compelled to repose was something out of a cereal box or a special at the $1.99 furniture store. For the price we were charged, the accommodations were sub par.

+ Silent location, window into yard
+ Well equipped for a short stay
+ Price/Performance ratio

Great location and easy check in with a lockbox.
Very noisy. You can hear everything as if no walls.

we stay for 2 nights and they gave us a room on the ground floor, in front, at the entrance, which is disappointing
every time people go in, we can hear clearly people open door, dragging luggage, talking in front at night, some guests try to open our door many times which is annoying
our room heater not working and also water heater, it's very hard to contact them by Whatsapp, only at office hour, while it happens at night.
I asked them to prepare the bed for the third person, but it's not happening

A bit tasteless decoration

The location was great. It was 2 minutes from the Roman Bridge. Free parking was available as it was during the week. Everything was accessible and closeby.
It looks like I have fleabites on my hands from the stay. I would recommend looking into the issue so as other guests are not affected.

Location Location Location, Parking Parking Parking. The studio, room 3 was well kitted out with more than you need. The whole accommodation was cleaned to perfection and a tribute to the obviously caring owner. The guests respected the no noise policy after 22.00hrs, in fact we heard little noise full stop.
The local bars are welcoming and certainly more reasonable than the old town
Being picky, would have liked a black out blind above the bad due to patio light showing through.

Near to the city center and easy to find a free parking spot nearby.
The terrace had no furniture. Hence, we could not use it.

Easy check in, helpful staff and beautiful apartment
