Fantastic accommodation

The apartment was spotlessly clean. The staff on site were lovely. Very easy check in process and keypad for easy access. It's a beautiful building in perfect location. Having a toaster, kettle, fridge/freezer, microwave, hob and oven was fantastic. I loved it and had already booked 101 for flower festival in May. I can't wait to return.

It can be a little noisy at night but to be expected when in centre of Funchal. Being able to walk just a few minutes late at night after carnival was perfect. There is a lady playing the same tune for hours a day on an accordion which is annoying when you are feeling poorly and unable to shut it out, but of course out of the hands of the accommodation!

Excelente acolhimento, pleno de simpatia e disponibilidade. Não podíamos ter sido melhor recebidos neste alojamento. Os funcionários não são cinco mas seis estrelas. O proprietário impecável também. Muito gratos por estes dias.

Por ser um alojamento muito central (o que nos agradou muitíssimo) pode não ser o ideal para quem quer estender um pouco a manhã na cama. O normal bulício do centro (pessoas, lojas, movimento) poderá incomodar os que precisam de silêncio ao acordar. Para essas pessoas, será melhor um alojamento mais na parte rural da ilha. A nós, a agitação matutina não incomodou e gostámos muito de ter tudo a meia dúzia de passos de distância. Quando voltar, é aqui que quero novamente ficar.

The whole property looks well presented and clean, modern. Has all the facilities eg kitchen, luggage storage, large bathroom. The location is really central. It was a pleasure to stay there.

Amazing stay

The room was so spacious and has a fully equipped kitchen (although we did not use the kitchen as we ate out all the time). This felt like a private apartment and luxury hotel at the same time. The location was perfect for walking to everything in the city center and old Town. There is also an elevator so you do not have to carry suitcases up the stairs. We stayed as a couple for 3 nights and would definitely stay here again!

Because it is located on fairly busy street, there may be activity during the night or early in the morning that can disrupt your sleep (for example people heading to work early in the morning or people coming home from having drinks late at night). Of course the host cannot control this and it was not so bad for us as we slept fine but just a warning to light sleepers! This is the price you pay for the good location :)

We enjoyed our stay. It was nice having a kitchenette for storing breakfast items. We had a coffee pot and a kettle as well which was great. The room was very clean and modern. We would definitely stay here again.

Funchal never disappoints - fantastic city, wonderful welcoming people and delicious food.

The location of this apartment is ideal for access to the centre of Funchal. Easy walking distance to the shops, restaurants, bars, cafes and sea front. Plenty of taxis for those that are less mobile also. The owner/manager was welcoming and helpful with providing answers to any queries we had. Plenty of fresh linen and towels on request with very prompt service.

The apartment is in the main part of the town so some noise is to be expected but was not intolerable and never past midnight.

This was a beautiful and convenient place to stay for our trip!

This apartment was located right next to many cafes, restaurants, and attractions. The property was beautiful, secure, and comfortable. The property manager messaged us during our stay to make sure we were satisfied with everything. We would recommend this apartment to anyone and would love to stay again!
