This is a beautiful traditional style Greek village house in a prime location overlooking beautiful Skopelos Harbour. It is close to restaurants, bars and shops, but is also very quiet. There is a rocky beach close by. Pandelis was an attentive host and the house was beautifully cleaned twice weekly during our two week stay. There are two large patios overlooking the water where we spent most of our time, when we weren’t out exploring the island. We also found parking easy on the jetty just near the house.
Nothing. We loved the property

Excellent location overlooking the port. Walk out of the villa and all the restaurants, shops and bars are right there. Very spacious accommodation with everything you need. Great communication from owner. I would highly recommend and will definitely return again.
There wasn’t anything I didn’t like.

It is amazing! The view is spectacular. Direct sunrise view. Direct view to the port. Direct view to the most iconic church in Skopelos. The villa is well equipped with everything you need for a summer vacation and has all the facilities for a normal living. The access to the villa is so easy. The owner was very helpful and friendly. The villa met all our expectations. All the best restaurant, coffees, brunch places and bars are located on less than 5 minute walking distance.
That we must get up early for the most beautiful sunrises. Just kidding. Everything was perfect.

Perfect mix of comfort and convenience, with wonderful traditional touches as well. View from the balconies - amazing. And best of all were the wonderful hosts, Pandelis and his wife, who went out of their way to make you feel at home and ready to explore the beautiful island.

The situation was perfect, with a spectacular view over the harbour, close to shops and restaurants but far enough away to not be noisy

The location is perfect as you are close to restaurants, bus stop, but far enough so that the daily and night life noise does not bother you.

This 3 storey house with 2 large roof terrraces has such an amazing view over the port and sea you don't want to leave the house. The owners are beyond friendly and the service was more than expected. We have been welcomed with breakfast suplies and in our 7 night stay there was cleaning and new towels twice. The decor is traditional Greek and we thougt it was charming. It was super clean! The location is absolutely perfect. Next to the church and a small pebblestone beach to swim. At the other side around the corner all bars, restaurants, shops and beatifull small streets to wander through. The owners made us fall in love with the house, Skopelos and them. As my daughter said: Mom these people you want to put in a box and when you have a bad day you can open the box and they will cheer you up. Our boys liked Pandelis his jokes and sincere attention. We've traveled a lot but these owners where the nicest ones we ever met. I can wholeheartedly recommend this place.
If I have to search for anything: the mattresses were a bit firm. It didn't bother us and everything around it made it perfect.

Great location. Our host, Pandelis, was so welcoming and helpful, by the end of our stay, we felt like old friends. He sourced us a rental car, which we used to explore the island and was available to help us at any time. The people of Skopelos were all so kind and generous and the island has some breathtaking views.

Such a beautiful traditional house in an amazing location! Right by the water and a few minutes from the bars and restaurants but round the corner so actually very quiet and private. Such a unique and memorable place - we didn't want to leave! Incredible views and 2 huge terraces to enjoy the sunshine and the view. I loved the daily visits by lots of kittens too! Pandelis was so friendly, kind and helpful as a host. We were lucky to be able to check in early and stay later on our final day. I really cannot reccommend this place enough. If you want someone traditional, picturesque, spacious, clean and right in town then this is perfect. There is free parking right outside on the harbour front too. Clean towels were provided and bins put out after two days which was a welcome surprise! Great WiFi too throughout the house.

We loved nearly everything about Villa Yiannoula! The location and the views were spectacular!! It is located within easy walking distance to everything going on in town, yet enough off to the side that we had a sense of quiet. We loved being next to the beautiful little church. We were continually in awe of the sea and the town views every time we sat out on the verandas, day or night. The living rooms and bedrooms were comfortable and the kitchen was well equipped. When we couldn't figure out the washing machine, Mrs. __ came at our convenience to help. The Villa is very big (3 stories: top floor has two bedrooms and one bathroom; middle floor has two huge living areas, which could provide more sleeping area if needed; lower floor has kitchen and another bathroom) so there is plenty of room and privacy.
