The pool, a refreshing venue, provided a perfect escape from the daily hustle. The range of services offered was impressive, from room cleaning to concierge assistance. We'll definitely be back again next summer.

It's the kind of hospitality that turns a simple stay into a memorable experience. The staff at this hotel is simply exceptional. Their warm and welcoming attitude made us feel right at home.

My stay at this hotel was absolutely fantastic! They offer a wide range of accommodations, including studios and apartments with fully-equipped kitchens. In our room, we had a fridge, TV, and complimentary WiFi access, making it incredibly convenient. What truly amazed me was the affordability of their prices. It felt like a luxury experience at a fraction of the cost.

During my recent stay, the room was a true sanctuary. Immaculately clean and tastefully decorated, it felt like a welcoming home away from home. But what truly stood out were the staff. From the moment I arrived, their warmth and dedication to guest satisfaction were evident. They went above and beyond to make my stay exceptional, providing local insights and making me feel like an honoured guest.

The location is fantastic, very close to the port and walking distance to bars and restaurants.
The room was small, and the bed was not comfortable at all. Toilet so small that we had difficulty using it as the toilet paper case was also installed very close to the toilet that made it difficult for someone to sit on the toilet. Cleaning service was the worst. Their policy was to clean every 2 days. But in our case they only bring 1 towel. We complained at the reception and nothing happened. We even asked for more towels, and they were not provided as they were not clean in the afternoon. Breakfast was OK. There was always a lineup of people waiting for pancakes or crepes. There is only a person doing those, so there are always crowds of people waiting in line. Not a good selection of food.

Good location
The toilet had seen better days. The shower broken and asked the staff twice to fix it but it was never actioned :(

Very good breakfast, nice hotel, good location.
Wasn't that clean and some things didn't work, rooms a bit small.

Rigas hotel is in a good location near from the city center, food shops, restaurants, ferry...etc....Lovely breakfast different every morning, the staff was amazing, always smiling and very helpfully. I also recommend the grill house and pizza La Tana very near from the hotel.

Very poor
The quality of food

The personnel was nice, polite and helpful and the breakfast was simple but nice
The common areas needed to be cleaner. The sunbeds around the pool were really dirty as well as the pillows around the breakfast area.
Allthough the room was clean the toilet smelled a lot like sewer.
Quite hard beds and definitely in a need of pillows change :)
3.5
great area close to town, nice swimming pool with bar and restaurant
the room was not completely clean, there was a very old birds nest on the balcony with birds flying in and out and consequently poo all over the floor.
4.5
Very clean and comfortable. Available out of season. Friendly and helpful owners.

The location was very good. 2 mins from Skopelos downtown. If you have a car you might have some trouble finding a parking spot though.
The room was quite clean, spacious and comfortable.
The breakfast was really good with quite some options as well as a selection between instant made pancakes or eggs depending on the day!
There were many small things that took away some of the complete experience. For example:
- the room smelled a bit moldy. Especially the wardrobe which we didn't use since it was heavily smelling mold
- the bed was not comfortable
- there weren't any silverwear. Having a sink was nice, but no glasses, plate, knives or forks was a bit annoying.
- A bathroom mat to help not spread the bathroom waters would be nice as well
- no shampoos in the shower (just a single one on the wall which wasn't really great too)
- the water was average warm.
- the entrance which is what welcomes you to the property definitely needs done repair or renewal. It's really worn and grayed out like burnt which does not give the best first impressions

the mattress was very comfy! the location was very good just five minutes on foot from the port! the premises were good and the gardens were very beautiful! also, the breakfast was verg good!
the pool needed some attention(cleaning)

Nothing … awful room and really shabby outside.
Everything. Very dated and scruffy. Smelt awful.

- As we checked-in early, the reception staff said the were going to put our luggege in the room, but they left it in the lobby unattended all the day long.
- Although we booked a superior room, ours had no private terrace. It was replaced with a new one with worn out furniture.
- The breakfast was embarassing. The coffee machine was out of order and the (impolite) staff offered no alternative options. Poor quality food with bad presentation.
- The cleaning staff forgot to do our room the first day.
VERY DISAPPOINTING

Location is 1 min drive to the center.
Food was good.
Staff was very helpful and welcoming.
The pool was not regularly cleaned from the bees / flies!
One of the beds were broken! They fixed it the second day, but still!
The shower is old, rusty (see photo), and makes noise when water is opened. Similarly, the toilet makes noise when flushed.
The mount of the bin in the kitchenette is broken (see photo).
Very disappointing!

Swimming pool - lovely - kept very clean
Breakfast - excellent - very good range of food
Bathroom - needed upgrading. only hand held shower - fitting for overhead shower had gone missing, towel hook kept falling off, no bath mat and tiles in bathroom very slippery when wet. towels replaced only after 3 days. only minor things but a bit annoying.
We had dinner one night in the hotel as it was raining. The meal was so disappointing and very expensive for what we had - €15 each. (buffet) - we had some lukewarm γιουvetsi with very tough meat, some sad looking small kebabs, some rice and spinach (this was fine) and some salad. the chips were finished as were the desserts (although they later produced some lovely chocolate cake). it was the only poor meal we had during our 3 week visit to Greece.

The location of the property was great. The room we stayed in (split floor appartment) was very spacious and comfortable. having two AC units and two TVs (upstairs & downstairs) was very practical. Breakfast was rich and tasty and they also slightly changed the menu each day. The whole hotel complex is very nice too.
slight improvement proposals: The light in the room needs boosting, particularly in the "living room". The curtains need repairing. Also the outside lamps (room) need to be replaced. As for the hotel in general, some gardening work is needed (weeds etc).
3.0
The personnel was friendly and helpful.
The hotel was doing everything that was easily achievable to comply to Covid regulations
The hotel needs an extensive renovation. The shower was old, rusty and the water was staying in the shower due to bad inclination. The rooms are outdated, large but not very functional. They could make so much more of this hotel with a good renovation.

ery good staff
breakfast option should be the same daily
3.5
There was a small fridge in the room and a WiFi
I asked for a mains adapter for UK plug, was told that they were going to check with the technical dept, but they never got back to me.
There were no glasses in the room.
Room cleaning was attempted at 17:00!!!
There was no staff to check out at 06:00; we just left the keys at the reception

the staff was very welcoming and looked after me throughout the stay. Will definitely return with the family for holidays.
Nothing, everything was excellent.
3.5
As it was out of main season the hotel was quiet , so every thing felt very personal, staff nice , attentive but unobtrusive, nice grounds and setting, comfortable walk into town ,restaurants etc: . A nice layout of the property and it’s colourful exterior of the building/rooms , a comfortable feeling and of security.
A little outdated and some TLC needed in some areas but in today’s COVID times money for the hospitality industry is in tight supply, one area for some spend when the times are better would we suggest be to improve the privacy of the room balconies as when the hotel is busy/full visual closeness & Conversations would be intrusive.
3.0
Nice pool and bar area, great location a stroll from the town and shops.
Room was very tired and needs a refresh and we found tissue in bathroom. Breakfast was tricky because of covid rules
