Beautiful place and will definitely come back

Very convenient, nice and tidy room. You can get most of the appliances to use. Value for money.

The cottage was comfortable for sleeping and all facilities worked, it was just old and unloved.

Property very close to town so we walked each night to dinner

The cottage is very old which is fine but it could be maintained better. The kitchen is old and tired, even a coat of paint would help. There were four wineglasses and none matched.!!!The bedroom is extremely small with little room to move about. The shower head was green with verdigris and the shower curtain rail rusty. Outside was a large dead tree and the garden dead as well. Surely when you are advertising accommodation the owner should make an effort to keep it maintained, not just take the money with no upkeep.

Great location. Plenty of space. An old style unit as per photos.

Could do with a really good clean many surfaces such as skirting, tile edge washing machine exterior covered in deep dust. Also cups knives pulled out and dirty.

Blissful getaway at Kangaroo Island

The welcome note in the window was a lovely touch. The cottage was quaint, clean and comfortable. It provided everything we needed and we made good use of the washing machine and dryer which worked well.

There was nothing we didn't like.

Excellent, well-furnished accommodation

The apartment was well set up and had everything we needed, including laundry facilities, a spacious bedroom and plenty of crockery. Easy walk to good fish and chips at the Ampol service station, and a short walk to the rest of town. Pleasantly quiet too.

Not a whole lot to dislike ... the chairs were a bit wobbly.

bad value for money - not clean at all

- nice welcome note :) - Central location

- There was still shampoo and soap from the guest before sitting in the shower - It all felt very dated - The cottage was not clean at all ( see pictures) - We had the property manager coming inside of our cottage without pre warning to “turn off the lights” while one of us was inside the bathroom. This made us feel very unsafe

The curtains had a few holes, washing machine didn't work properly, mould in the shower/ laundry ceiling.

I would go back for sure!

WE loved the location which was quiet and secluded but central to where we needed to go. The owner was communicative and very informative. The cottage was quaint and welcoming but much smaller than we thought. It was pet friendly and we made sure we left no doggie prints.

That shower took off as loud as a sky rocket and blasted intermittent rocket fuel to cold water! Everything else was lovely!

great value for money

Place was very clean and well equipped. Great location into town upon arrival not clear where property was - managed to speak to hosts son who advised where to go and find the keys which were inside the property.

the front door opened up onto owners property which was fine as we used the back door to enter in and out of the property. However owners dogs could sense we had a dog with us and were constantly barking and scratching at the door - even at 7.30am on Christmas morning. Also as bedrooms were on that side of the property could hear owners in their back garden talking of an evening.

Disappointing

Great location and easy to access.

The property, was very disappointing. Inside windows were dirty, torn curtain in bedroom, and an extremely old dilapidated kitchen.
