Vernazza was in my estimation the best town to walk to Monterosso and Corniglia as far as easier approach. The Apartment is well situated at the base of the hill for both views and for limiting the noise from the train. We very pleased. Don’t expect luxury, but it’s a great place in an old fishing town by the sea in a national park!
A couple more tea towels would have come in handy

Very nice and flexible (time) regarding hand over of the keys.

Apartment Location, view and everything it had to offer.
Small shower, but understandable in this location

BEST LOCATION EVER!!!!
AMAZING VIEW!!!

Location is great. Right next to the pier but not far from the train station - Vernazza has only one main street. The host Marco was super kind and helpful! We arrived to a focaccia and a lovely Ligurian wine. :) The balcony is not large but it is special.
To be fair, the bathroom is a bit small. Because the building itself is old. Someone bulkier or taller might not fit entirely below the shower.

Loved having a very roomy apartment and the view of the ocean and the city. Vernazza is a beautiful town and worth the visit, with good restaurants and easy access to other cities.
The lugging of luggage from the train through the town to the apartment was a challenge in a very hot weather spell, lots of steps and cobblestones, and of course to get the sea view and location, it was as far from the train as you could get. But worth it in the end.

A good view from a small window. washing machine and space.
Much of the furniture has dated. the table on the tiny patio needs repairs. Too many stairs if you have suitcases and bags

Location was fantastic, enough beds for our family
No A/C, rooms (especially bathroom) were very small

The view from the small balcony onto the harbor and sea is absolutely stunning!! It’s a fabulous place to sit and have a meal, an aperitivo or just to relax after along day of touristing! Having the washing machine to use is great. Checkin and checkout was very friendly, easy and quick.
Every room except the MBR was a bit dark without the lights on. The apartment seems smaller and a bit dated than the pictures represent but comfortable enough since most of the time the balcony is being utilized. Know that due to no A/C, the windows need to be open at night to get airflow although there were 2 fans available to use and a ceiling fan in the living room. It can be a little noisy but hearing the waves at night through the open window is wonderful. The photos online show a complimentary bottle of wine but when asked, there was confusion as to this.

Excellent location, friendly staff.
Not brilliantly equipped (no iron, teapot, mugs for example).

The location was amazing overlooking the harbor. It is one of the only balconies with that vantage point.
Marco was so welcoming, kind and patient with us!
It is tucked away along charming narrow alleys with so much charm.
Pack light as it is a good amount of stairs and narrow paths.
It is a small but absolutely comfortable apartment.
Don’t forget to ask how to use the heat/air and the hot water heater.

The host was very nice and friendly as opposed to the majority of people occupied in food and hospitality in Cinque Terre. The apartment and the building are clean and in good condition. The view from the balcony is stunning. We also appreciated the welcome breakfast and coffee/tea availiable.
The apartment turned out to be much smaller than it seemed from the pictures. The kitchen and the bathroom are tiny, as well as the second bedroom with the bunk beds. Beds not very comfortable. The balcony in the bedroom overlooks the port, so it can be quite noisy from the early morning (church bells, yoga lessons, etc.) till late in the evening (restaurants, parties on the beach, etc.). Also, consider there are quite a few steps to climb.

The location was excellent, with a train station, restaurants, and hiking paths.
Overall, with the price we paid and what we received, I do not recommend. The price was ridiculous. There was no air condition, no safety box, no TV, no vacuum cleaner, small bathroom, dirty floors, a lot of dust, lighting inside was too dim and dark, too slow FiWi, and a lot of noise coming from the square outside due to old windows.
Walls full of instructions on what should not be done, like in a student hostel.
I want to add that it does not make any of your customers happier when you tell them that the price was much lower via your web page. Actually, by doing so, you mean that the customer was stupid when booked the place via Booking.com.

The balcony with view and location were great. The staff did bring in an extra fan after the first night was rather warm and uncomfortable and that helped some.
The noise from the plaza was quite loud late into the night as we had to keep the windows open.

The location is awesome, perfect for enjoying Vernazza city center at all time. You also have the port of the ferry a few meters away for going by sea to other towns and beaches. The train station is also super close. The appartment is comfortable and we received it shiny clean.
Matress wasn't super comfy. Kitchen equipment fell a little short for the price although it was still better than many other apartments I visited before.
