A great little apartment, well appointed, great location and Lisa was a very communicative and obliging host.

The one bedroom apartment was lovely and had everything I needed from full kitchen facilities to washing machine and dryer to plenty of seating options on the deck and access to the pool. Lisa was great to deal with.

It was on the top (third) floor and there was no lift. It wasn’t a problem for me but might be worth noting for others.

Magic Millions sales and Raceday. Great relaxing location stay for Gold Coast Turf Club.

Location- out of the hustle bustle of surfers without being too far away when wanting to access places of interest. Compact unit with little extras such as condiments in kitchen with everything required for a relaxing stay.

If your not as mobile the stairs to 3rd floor with luggage can be a challenge however any lower you will not have the water views

beautiful apartment with it being stocked with everything you could’ve needed, especially in the kitchen.

bit confused on where the big bins were located for our rubbish, before checking out. maybe just give some direction or the next visitors.

A quiet, clean, modern apartment in a great location.

The location was fabulous, quiet being away from the city centre, but close enough to walk to. A short walk to the Hota art gallery and Chevron shopping strip, which has several cafes/bars. Loved looking out at the river from the balcony...even from the other side of the street. The furnishings and bed were really comfortable...the kitchen was great and having the washing machine/dryer was really handy. The updated bathroom was lovely. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

The advertised hot tub was tiny and although clean and complete, was quite an old model...it was really a small bath/shower. The rain shower head was great though.

Location was great, room had excellent amenity and was clean and tidy.

However, arriving in the dark and while raining the location lacked any illuminated signage, the key collection from the letter box was awkward in the dark as this area is also poorly lit. The parking garage situation and which door to use to access the apartment was also confusing. The timer switch for the car park, was very annoying, it goes off so fast you couldn't see what you were doing and even maneuvering vehicles was made hard, it is ridiculous how fast the lights go off in the garage. I also didn't know there was a timer witch in the stair well and therefore on arrival had to haul my bags up the stairs in the dark which was really frustrating. I also found it very unnerving the host asked me to send a picture of myself to their cell phone holding my ID and credit card apparently due to issues with fraud, I think this is totally inappropriate.

Location was convenient and the street is quiet at night time. Apartment is clean and has what we required for the weekend.

The apartment had been upgraded to a very high standard. Good quiet location within walking distance of central surfers. The chevron hotel was a great place for a drink and a good meal.

Nice apartment, quiet suburb, clean and presentable but missing the extras to make it 5 stars

Location , comfortable bed and couch. Quiet suburb, pretty apartment with 2 TVs. Parking underneath and close to coffee shops.

Only 1 towel each, no facewash or hand towels. 1 Wine glass and 1 champagne glass available for 2 people. Shower door was broken on the top so we had to be careful when closing the door. No water jug in the fridge, 1 small milk packet in the fridge.

Access was the only problem, property was nice.

The property was clean and comfortable

Stairs were a nightmare, access to the lock box at night was very difficult as the numbers were very hard to see. Took a while after flying on 3 planes to get there

Disaster!!

Upon arrival my unit had not been cleaned from previous stay! Contacted Lisa who send someone to clean . This was a half job done . The kitchen floor and bathroom floors were not mopped. The dish brush from the kitchen was taken to bathroom to clean what ?? I had to clean fridge before putting my things in the fridge. Cleaning fee which was included in the room price was $80 I got a refund of $40. Contacted Lisa via message to say I wasn’t happy no response.Unit below were Jack hammering which echoed up the stairwell. On going evening going out Friday I fell in the unlit stairwell . No lights on ! There is no mention anywhere that lights do not come on automatically and where to turn them on! I am now having medical treatment for my injuries. And have message Lisa with regards to this but once again no response. They have failed their duty of care to provide instructions on where the light switches are and also not having automatic lighting in the stairwell when there are people in the stairwell. I

There was no lift. Access to the property was up three flights of stairs. This information could only be found later in the small print when viewing their website.

Well located apartment on quiet street

Good location, short walk to beach, cafes, etc. Far enough that not disturbed by busy town centre. Well equipped kitchen, comfy bed, nice balcony to sit with a coffee.

Could do with more towels (I know there is a washing machine but I’m on holiday and don’t want to do a laundry) No instructions to work Wi-Fi , air conditioning, etc. Would also be nice to have a local guide for cafe recommendations, bike hire, etc

Don't go there!!

The Location

After Queensland re-opening to overseas visitors (re Covid) paying almost $4000 to live for 25 days in a 'filthy unhygienic' Gold Coast apartment with broken wardrobe door and 50 + other anomalies. With nowhere else to go to over a fully booked Easter period and not much being done to resolve anything. No apologies or care by the owner apart from a begrudgingly 2 night refund! Never will I trust Chevron Sails or Booking.com again. As for the pool and surrounds they also matched the apartment all advertising photos must be years old!! Far too many photos taken to show but I have them on file, trust me it was a nightmare...... By

Unit was very clean, comfortable and close to the Chevron Island shopping centre. Had everything we required for our weekend away.

Unit is on the third floor and only accessible by stairs. Not to many but Im not great with stairs

The apartment itself made you feel like you were on a holiday

Loved the view! The apartment was spacious and clean on arrival. Having a separated bedroom from the main space was lovely. Kitchen quality was exceptional. The location overall was perfect as it was in walking distance of Cavill Avenue and the main shopping area, yet was in a quiet and peaceful area.

The building the apartment was in was not the nicest quality along with the pool area. Some of the lighting and fans weren't working/flickering when used.

The host was lovely and very helpful - my mobile with the booking instructions died on the way there but we were able to obtain her number from booking.com- she answered at 5.30 on a Friday night and was really friendly and easy-going and provided the instructions for obtaining the keys. The place was really nice too! All-round great stay :)

Superb

This is a lovely modern-renovated apartment. There is a lovely view from the balcony over the canal. The apartment is very well designed. The bath has jets and is fantastic, and deceptively big - both of us sat in it comfortably. The washing machine/dryer was lovely and quiet (it would have been nice to have been provided basic instructions. I googled how to use it). The kitchen is a great size and has everything you need. The location is a short 10 minutes walk from Surfers Paradise, but was lovely and quiet. The hosts were on hand to answer any questions we had. We didn't use the pool but I am sure it would be lovely in summer. There is a private carpark under the building. I would definitely stay here again!

The kitchen and bathroom taps ran lukewarm (the shower was hot though, and great water pressure). When we ran a bath we had to top it up from boiled water from the stove and kettle. As we stayed three nights it would have been good to know where to take the kitchen bins once they were full (though we figured it out eventually).
