Perfect position with i impeded view of the ocean
Slightly tired apartment but we only slept in it so didn’t matter!

The location is excellent
The furniture lounge can be improved. It’s a bit musty
2.5
We paid for an extra bed. NOT a blow up mattress. A child of ours had to sleep awkwardly on the lounge. Very ordinary!
3.5
Great location. Apartments are small and dated in tower 2. Need quite a bit of maintenance
Very small bedrooms. Maintenance required.

Property was great, location was great. Loved the balcony with ocean views.
WE had driven over 3 hours and arrived at the coastal letting office 30 minutes early. The office closed early on the Sunday so I called the after hours number as directed but was asked to wait and call back in 15 minutes as we were a bit early We had already completed everything required we just needed to collect the key. I understand check in was 2pm however the keys were there and available and we felt that the guy who answered was just being difficult and was a bit of a smart arse. Waiting outside the coastal letting office on a hot day with 3 kids in the car after already driving for 3 hours was not good for the sake of 15 minutes he could have just released the key.
4.5
Loved the convenience of the location and the views!
We found it difficult to find the entrance and had the same problem when trying to navigate food deliveries or family members to the entrance of the correct building. But when we figured it out it was actually very simple and an awesome set up.
4.0
The view and waking up to the gorgeous sunshine every day.
I’m a clean freak so I could tell beds were not made correctly and floors where sticky and unclean too. Don’t like that when your in someone else’s apartment. Glasses were I clean as they had been put in the pantry update side and you could see the ring marks in the cupboard

Very Easy and Close to everything.

I like the view, close to everything you need.
In my room there was a loud machine sound specially start at night ,it was very disappointing .
2.5
Room view and location
Insane amount of noise from a renovation directly above that went on all day

The View
Dirty Windows on the balcony, no salt and no big Milk and Bread and Butter and u hid the vacuum from us and our carpark was hard to find

It is in the center of Surface paradise.
Near everything
The apartment 1271 , there was air leak from windows in two rooms

Best location, right in the heart of Surfers Paradise, absolutely amazing views all around, the skyline, ocean, neat and tidy
apartment, could not have asked for more thoroughly enjoyed our stay, great value for money, highly reccomended.
3.5
Large apartment and easy to find and walking distance to beach
Not enough towels provided and getting the key was a bit of a hassle.
The outdoor pool was freezing and the indoor pool wasn't that warm either.
3.0
loved the view
loved the space
loved shopping downstairs
TV not connected in main bedroom
two single beds pushed together in main bedroom, one bed very used, sat on bed and it nearly went to floor
Shower in main ensuite not working, husband fixed by removing save water sensor as it was corroded and filthy
Could not open veranda doors
Parking was an absolute debarkle, after 45 mins found on fourth floor at very end and not at all in number sequence
no dishwashing/dishwasher/Laundry detergent
no chux or tea towel
There were so many stipulations on unit that I spent a lot of time ensuring it was spotless to ensure my bond returned
Other main bedroom had windows siliconed around windows to stop howling wind coming in! It did not work, it was freezing!!
3.5
Location. Size of apartment. Water pressure.
Accessing and exiting parking was tricky - but once worked out, it was okay.
4.0
The apartment was very convenient with secure parking and a supermarkets and variety of eateries in complex or nearby. Although not on beach views were good and walking distance to most places. Lounge was comfortable and there was Wi-Fi and smart tv in unit. I would stay again better than I had expected
Traffic on Gold Coast is always heavy and slow. Access to accomodation was a bit tricky from road. Collecting keys is in a separate location not far away but parking to pick up keys difficult and a bit convoluted getting back to unit. Air conditioning seemed to cut out through night

Wonderful location! A coles grocery store is meters from the front door, so close and convenient. Restaurants are a short walk. Private parking was easy to use and secure. The view was spectacular!
The ground floor smelt so bad. Like the local dump on Boxing Day. Absolutely disgusting.
5.0
Was very clean , showers were hot and great water pressure and the beds were very comfortable
4.5
the view and size of apartment everything supplied, beds comfortable
main balcony door did open ( lock was removed so couldn't use it, only can enter from second bedroom so if someone asleep could not use balcony
1.0
Centrally located within close amenities and beach.
Furniture is quite old, not enough utensils in the kitchen, dinosaurs aged dishwasher which stopped working after 3 days in our 7 days stay, beds are not comfortable and smelly bedsheets.
4.0
location is absolutely fantastic
Key pick up and drop off at another location is very inconvenient when have no car.
when we did have a car the instructions for parking are incorrect. it would also help if the location actual nominated park were given. spent a lot of time sorting this. building security eventually assisted us.
2.5
The property was in a good location with a good view.
The unit we stayed in was badly damaged to most walls which had been puttied up, wasn’t expecting to walk in and see big white holes everywhere at such a good apartment complex. There was also white powder/dust from repairs over most surfaces.
