I stayed here for 4 nights to attend the Waisak 2019 celebration at Mendut/Borobudur.
This Homestay was located in a village area about 1.2km away from the Borobudur front gate parking area (according to Google Map). So its location is excellent for those who wish to stay near the Borobudur throughout the festive period.
The room facilities which include attached bath, flatscreen TV, queen-sized bed, small table and seats and air-con. During the summer air-con is indeed a blessing here.
The owner is very friendly and can gives you all the advise needed on the Festival as well as access to the surrounding tourist sites. Its pretty safe to walk out for dinner in the evening as the village road is paved and well litted.
There are a few eateries at the main street but mostly are centralized near the Borobudur huge parking area.
From the Alfamart junction, its very easy to get a Gojek to any of the surrounding area like Mendut Temple, Pucuk Setumbu or Chicken Church and it takes 15-20mins. SImilarly, call Grabcar is also very convenient here.
Lack of storage wardrobe for clothings.
No washing basin in the bathroom.

Nice place with good location for one night.
We missed sink in our bathroom little bit, but it was not a big deal.. Staff was very nice but almost did not speak English, so not very helpful..
