Magnifique

Le personnel nous a réservé un accueil exceptionnel, en nous permettant d'accéder à la chambre une heure plus tôt que prévu. Ils ont été aux petits soins avec nous pendant toute la durée de notre séjour, ce qui a rendu ces 3 jours dans la villa magnifiques, avec un petit-déjeuner à la hauteur ! La villa est merveilleusement bien située à proximité restaurant, plage & marché de la nuit, nous nous y sommes sentis parfaitement à l'aise. Nous recommandons vivement cet endroit ! ++++

Beautiful little oasis

Perfect stay for families or friends in a quiet and beautiful little oasis a bit away from the busy beach area but yet just a short distance from everything. The staff was very kind and helpful assisting us when we needed support.

Just a little thing, but in the shower if you could mount a small tray on the wall for the shower gel, it would be a plus for sure.

Lovely place , would come back !

Lovely team, superb with communication and made very easy with whatsapp. Place was spacious for 3 of us , great aircon and beds which made the stay super comfy. Swimming pool was perfect. Not walking distance to Krabi town but took Grab everywhere and was super convenient

Water pressure is not very strong, could also be due to limescale build up that was not cleaned thoroughly. Towels are a bit dated and could probably could use a refresh

Average. A lot of things were Villa could improve to accomodate their guests with better and more pleasant stay.

The villa was pretty big and very private, so could enjoy our time together in privacy.

We chose villa instead of hotel so we could cook our own dinner but unfortunately the kitchen utilities were lacking and were in bad condition. The pool was a bit cold. Pillows in the bed were super uncomfortable. Breakfast could of been better as well.

Wenig Luxus für viel Geld

Schönes Häuschen mit eigenem Pool und genug Platz! Sehr stilvoll eingerichtet und recht neu. Die Grösse des Pools ist super zum entspannen. Wir waren nur zu zweit daher ausreichend Platz. Mit dem Shuttel in die Stadt hat es auch gut funktioniert.

Leider hat es nicht ganz unseren Erwartungen an eine Pool Villa entsprochen und auch ansonsten waren wir für den Preis in wesentlich besseren Unterkünften - hat leider nichts mit Luxus zu tun, wie der Name der Unterkunft vermuten lässt. Das Personal hat uns morgens vor der angegebenen Zeit für Frühstück aus dem Bett geklingelt, obwohl wir dies am Tag zuvor extra angeben konnte. Das Frühstück konnte man leider nicht essen, weswegen wir es dann für die restlichen Tage abbestellt haben. Die Lage war leider auch nicht ganz optimal. Zwar ist man wirklich fussläufig in der Stadt/Strand/Night Market (15min) aber leider vor allem Nachts kein wirklich guter Weg zum laufen. Ausserdem befindet sich die Anlage in einem Wohnviertel was nicht ganz ins Bild der Unterkunft zu passen scheint. Die Sauberkeit war an sich gut und es wurde jeden Tag geputzt, leider hatten wir jedoch Würmer und Ameisen in der Wohnung. Alles in allem würden wir nicht wieder kommen und waren auch recht froh, dass wir im Vorfeld nur drei Nächte gebucht hatten.

The room needed a lot on fix ups ! Taps were loose , ac was struggling etc . There were no wardrobes in the place and the upstairs had no place to leave your suitcase or clothes

Lovely family stay

The pool was so much fon and insured that we had a good night sleep!We also paid for an amazing flooting breakfast. A free shuttle around town was very helpful.The staf was just delightful.

There were, unfortunately, loads of ants in our villa.A bit far of a walk to the beach for children.

Home away from home!

Hune and Fah welcomed us to Poonsiri Varich Villas and made us feel right at home. They connected us with the shuttle. They connected with us on Whatsapp (the official Poonsiri account) to make it easy to reach them when we were out and needed to request a return shuttle. They gave us tips on things to do. They made calls for us. They made us feel good about asking questions. And if there is anything you need, they are on it! They were kind and caring and welcoming and it makes all the difference in the world when you're traveling!!! We really appreciate the warm reception and hospitality we received! The place itself is so cute, clean, and comfortable. I highly recommend a stay here.

May need to ask to have the pool cleaned if using it often. Bugs tend to collect in it at night.

The villa was very comfortable , the rooms were nice and clean. Good for a couple of days.

We need to ask the staff to come twice to clean the pool because of the insects. The os no heater in the pool, so the water is always cold. The breakfast was not great, and it is prepared after you choose from a menu and be served to your room. There is no room service.

No ventilation fan in the bathroom. It’s a little bit off the popular areas in town. FYI, we booked a van transfer from the airport through the hotel but it was 100 THB more than what you pay for the van transfer service to town at the airport.

Best staff! Can hear neighbors grr!

Pool was nice, had Netflix for the little one to watch, looks great if you want to take Instagram pics (we don't/didnt), the staff were fantastic!

Tiny ants on everything in the kitchen and dining area, they would get wiped away with each clean but then would come back within 20 minutes. Only high solid pillows, I used 2 folded towels as a pillow so neck wouldn't hurt. Had to ask for bowls, the set up not suitable for cooking your own meals ie pots, pans and the like. NOISE, we could hear the neighbors through the wall, not just the music but even their voices, every night till 2am and then at 8am..they didn't sleep much. And the neighbor's on the other side we listened to their screaming kids/teens in their pool, lucky only for 1 day... If I knew that you could really easily hear all your neighbors I would not have booked it. A loungeroom almost the length of the villa, all glass wall/doors and no block out blinds?!? Just sheer curtains, with the light coming through from behind the tv, how do you watch it lol.

Amazing! Wish we stayed longer.

The villa was quiet and peaceful! Well-equipped & clean. There were ants but it didn’t bother us that much. Huda checked us in and she was so detailed. We requested for our breakfast to be halal and it was so delicious. We really enjoyed the pool & there were floats for rent too. Great that theres a mart and some halal food outside near our villa less than 5 mins walk away. We requested for late check out as we had our 8 month old baby with us and our flight was only at 4pm, but they accommodated to our request. It was also my husband’s birthday and they prepared a lava cake us. Amazing!!

The only thing we didnt like was that the one of the toilets were in the upper room so the one staying in the room downstairs had to constantly go up and down. Other than that, great!

Amazing!

Really amazing villa located about 10 minutes driving from Ao Nang city center and beach. 7-Eleven is just down the street. We went with a group of 4 and we had the most lovely stay. Big spacious rooms, really beautiful bathrooms and a nice balcony with lounge chairs. The staff was super friendly and helpful, we luckily got to check in early! for breakfast you can pick out of a couple of set menu’s.

We asked for a floating breakfast once like we saw in one of their pictures, but afterwards we heard that it was 300 bath. it was fun but not worth the money. everything else was just perfect!
