Another great stay in Chiang Mai

I liked the convenience of it being right across from the Thai massage school ITM. It made early mornings easier. The staff were welcoming and helpful. Also having laundry inside the hotel was good because I can do it there and not wait for it from a service.

The bathroom wasn't as big as the previous hotel and there's no where to store products inside of the shower. However, it didn't make my experience terrible. It was cleaned everyday and fresh towels, shower caps, soap, and toothbrushes were given as well.

Estancia perfecta en Chiang Mai

El personal encantador y el hotel muy confortable. El desayuno muy completo. Desde allí mismo nos gestionaron el alquiler de una moto y además de tener lavadura y secadora, tambien tienen agua, café y té durante todo el día a disposición de los clientes. La piscina, a pesar de que apenas le da el sol, es muy agradable y con la temperatura que hace, se puede aprovechar igualmente.

Great stay, 100% recommand

Very nice hotel, with a unique style. The staff were super friendly and helpful all along the stay. The room was clean and spacious, but a bit humid so smelled at first. We also enjoyed the breakfast, it does not have many options but it was more than enough for my taste. Big up for the staff, they made the stay much better

Spacious, clean, great value.

Highly recommend, clean, modern, spacious. Staff friendly & helpful. Nice breakfast. Clothes washing facilities on site.

Little distance from centre, but wouldn’t score down as it’s very easy to get a grab for a small cost.

Petit snack à disposition ainsi que personnel très agréable et disponible. L’hôtel est très bien situé avec une ambiance très cosy

Il y a un manque d’insonorisation au niveau des chambres et l’entretien de la salle de bain est à revoir

Lovely

Breakfast was nice lots of options. Pool area looks nice at night. Netflix on TV. Washing machine and dryer. Lovely staff. Good location.

Goed geslapen, jammer van de badkamer

Mooi zwembad, fijn dat we mee mochten ontbijten voordat we de kamer in konden. Bed was heerlijk en kamer was groot!

De badkamer leek in eerste instantie schoon. Tot je er in liep en je de zwarte schimmel vlekken zag overal..

Increíble!!!! Piscina de película, desayuno incluido y bastante completo, instalaciones muy limpias, personal muy amable (de 10!!) y muy bien ubicado. El mejor hotel de nuestra ruta por Tailandia

Good hotel with free water, fruit and laundry option

Breakfast was included, free water and fruit available throughout the day. Late check-in option was fantastic as my plane was delayed. The walk into town was not too far. I also liked that I could wash and dry my clothes for free!

View from the room was not so great and there were also some noises coming from next door. I used earplugs at night. The tap in the bathroom seemed a bit strange, the way the water came out.

A great place to relax on between activities in Chiang Mai

The pool is lovely, it has a nice roof top are and the breakfast was great; lots of choice. It also had a free washing and drying machine which was handy.

It’s slightly outside the Old Town so it requires a bit more walking or catching transport but we chose it as it had a pool.

Really clean and comfortable! The beds were comfortable and the only place we stayed to give us two pillows! Shower was lovely and the tv was very good!

Worth every single penny. I will come back here 100%

Room, staffs, facilities, location, environment, decoration, rooftop, trees, pool, and believe it or not free washing + dryer machine! Plus water, coffee, tea, fruit, cookie, and dessert are avaliable all day here.

Should explain of what Thai dessert you served, hard to know when everything is under covered even I am Thai. Shower is a bit not easy to control temperature but ok. Should not let fans on the 2nd floor turn on all day long.

Lovely relaxing time.

It was a lovely stay! The staff were so friendly and it was such a relaxing atmosphere. The only downside were the mosquitos they were everywhere. Not much they could have done about that. But I was constantly on guard trying to not get bitten. But besides that. It was chilled like you were in a friend's house. Constant supply of free bottled water was a lovely touch and the pool was nice and cooling. Would recommend the stay here, just bring bug spray.

The mosquito were the only real issues. A few more hooks in the bathroom and in the room would have been handy but not a deal breaker

All in oneĺ

The breakfast is basic but all you need! The pool is clean and accessable. The room was spatious and enough for 2 travellers. Their location is also great, closer to all. Their free laundry room is a space shuttle! There is free cold water 24/7. Some cookies and fruits as well.

Pleasant enough stay

Nice small relaxed hotel down a quite street. Toiletries & sandals in room. TV had Netflix etc and free water. Washing machines free to use. Breakfast average but did the job. Pool was OK.

Bed quite firm and pillows too big which gave me neck ache. Water gets everywhere from the shower.

Exceptional

Lovely hotel, very friendly staff. Excellent location within walking distance of shops cafes and attractions. The rooms are white and quite fresh. There are very tasty breakfasts.

Ice pool Not very high-quality cleaning. They forgot to put bathroom accessories the floors were not washed or washed but not of high quality
