This is a comfortable apartment in a GREAT location! It’s less than a block away from Rome’s largest public market (around 75+ vendors of fresh fruit & veg, meats, cheeses, baked goods, pasta, etc— many with items to take out). So it’s easy to pick up food in the AM to make easy and great meals in the kitchen. an easy walk to the Vatican, but just far enough from the Vatican so it feels like a Roman neighborhood, not a heavily touristy area. Good transit connections to central Rome. I’d love to stay there again.
It would be nice to have a large lid to cover the frying pan. That’s all. I’m

9.6 / 10.0
The location is excellent: walking distance from the Vatican and St. Peters, really close to the subway station, to a 24/7 supermarket and (the best and unexpected part) to a local food market open 8:00-14:00 daily except Sunday.
The apartment itself is wisely furnished and will easily accommodate a family or up to 3 adults (if any 2 of them agree to share a large double bed, of course).
I was on my own and barely used another room.
Overall: excellent flat at an attractive price.
Just to be totally fair:
- Small ants and bugs seem to be the eternal problem of Rome. I met a few in the kitchen and managed to reduce their local life expectancy with a couple of small cheap traps. So, do not leave your food open and unattended and keep on the fight!
- Also learn the magic reset button on the gas boiler in the bathroom, or you will risk a frequent end of showering without hot water.

The problem with a gas boiler, one day there is no hot water.
