Night shift receptionist made my stay, very horrible
The cleanness of the place, it was on good standards
The receptionist, for night shift, didn't attend any of my requests. first day, I reported a phone in room 211 that doesn't go through to the reception, and she did nothing about it Fire alarm went off at 7am, yet no one notified us that it was a false alarm(which showed there's a lack of safety being taken as a priority) The worst was my last night, because there's a couple that was arguing at around 1am making a lot of noise, I called the reception multiple times, they failed to answer the phone, the couple argued till around 4am, which means I couldn't sleep till 4am, and we had to check out by 10am,which means we checked out very tired.

VALUE FOR MONEY
- I like the way the staff was helpful wherenever we had a problem - The room had balcony as advertised - The hotel was clean but on arrival day the room was smelling (room 101) - The area of the hotel is quite and there were no noise makers - The hotel was few minutes walk to the beach
- I didn't like the fact that there is no backup generator during loadshedding imagine if there was load reduction happening around the areašŸ˜ - I didn't like the time they cleaned our room it was around 2pm. - Our stove was having a problem of switching on but they helped us with that - Limited dstv channels - The hotel pillows was tooo soft and not comfortable - The room doesn't have safe/safety box to put on our belongings like ID, jewelery, etc

Disappointing šŸ˜ž
The size of the room was lovely and big enough
1. Crocroaches in the room. Climbing our beds, bathroom, kitchenette etc 2. The room was not cleaned. We found old, rotten food in the cupboards indicating that the room wasn't cleaned properly if at all 3. I found a lady (not sure if she was a cleaner or not) in my room upon check-in sitting with her shoes off and relaxing, talking on her cellphone, and she got very shocked that the room was booked. 4. There was a hole in the ceiling which was left opened by "maintenance guys". I requested the cleaner to help close it and he came up. After some time the box he had put on it moved off. I called reception requesting that they send someone to help tape it on atleast as we didn't know if there were rats in there or any such thing. The lady didn't send anyone up until at 11pm when we came back and found that it was still not attended to. We went down again to report the matter to the new lady who had come on duty. She sent someone up and he assisted us after a while 5. Phones not working. We had to literally walk downstairs all the time we needed something. 6. Loadshedding. No generator whatsoever in our room even for simple lights atleast. We spent 2 hours in the dark. 7. There is no place to put soaps inside the shower. It seemed like it broke a while ago and they simply stripped it off and never replaced it. Overall, our stay was simply not enjoyable at all.

My stay was great
I liked the fact that it has an air conditioner, I've got sinuses that don't want spaces that are too hot. Also the mini fridge and a microwave were bonuses šŸ˜Š
Your towels were very old, am not happy with them.
