Location was great, neighbourhood was nice. Great shower and heating.
One of the bedrooms were out of use as it had mould all around the sides. Fire place was out of use. Dog hair and dust and dirt was quite a lot. Can’t get through to the owners or the maintenance company looking after the place. They didn’t answer one phone call from us.

The cottage was in a very scenic village and the view out of the patio doors was amazing.. We were in easy reach of lots of places to visit and we made the most of the good weather... Thank you for letting us stay there.. We will certainly love to come back next year
Just the position of the bed in the smaller bedroom... There were sockets where the headboard should be... But a switch around of the bed would solve the problem... No info of bin days so we knew when to put out rubbish and no info on whether to strip beds... A small book with all this and where you can buy logs etc... At the local shop would be most helpful... All in all the cottage was A+ but a simple info book would make things easier for all concerned

Cottage clean and quite well appointed, everything you'd need for a few days stay.
Exceptional views from back of property looking over the valleys.
Comfortable beds, good shower, nice bathroom.
All in all, very good vfm.
Can't help but mention the outside spaces really let the place down, most especially the rear of the property, definitely requires attention, possibly a decking area and removal of the solid fence along the field line to allow total enjoyment of the vistas, currently just weeds and stinging nettles encroaching from the field.
Also bear in mind there's no Internet connection and extremely limited cellphone reception (if any).

The kitchen is well set up and spacious. From the dining table you can admire the fantastic view.

The property had been recently refurbished in a sensible and tasteful way.
The view from the rear was superb.
The shower was excellent.
The kitchen was well fitted (oven grill did not work).
There was a digital TV signal.
No Wifi - nice to take a break from the internet!
Lounge a bit dark but that is typical for a cottage.
The front exterior was quite scruffy.
The heating system was a mystery and could be a drawback in cold weather periods.
No phone signal for O2.
(Take care locating the property before you travel.)
Pets are allowed.

Location was good. Cottage was comfortable and warm. Lovely views from the kitchen and very well situated for Betws y coed and surrounding area.
Back garden needed some work although we were made aware of this before our stay.

I loved the modern inside of the property but knowing it was very old with lots of history.
The set up was beautifully thought out and the attention to detail such as providing milk, sugar, coffee, etc.
How clean and elegant everywhere was and every need was met.
I also loved having the time to enjoy reading, watching DVDs as oppose to using my phone for alot of the time
There wasn't anything I didn't like.
The only thing I would add is the description stating "no internet".
I would possibly looking at changing that to "no network coverage" only due to the fact I was under the impression I could use my internet providers internet on my mobile phone. After a day and night I got used to being away from my mobile :) :) :) :)

Nice location, good facilities in theproperty. Lovely neighbours
Parking is difficult, had to park by the school one night, which was a reasonable walk from the property. The narrow lane is an issue

Parking was limited - had to park up the lane - not ideal

Exquisite view. Newly renovated with new carpets and lovely bathroom. Central for visiting North Wales and Snowdonia National Park. Bed very comfortable. Highly recommended!
No information about local amenities. Would have liked to know how to turn heating on as it was quite cold on some evenings.

it was an adorable holiday home. recently decorated. it felt unfinished but it worked well for us. we would happily return. well equipped kitchen. I would recommend you take some firewood.
some things not finished. no door on second bedroom, lack of hanging options. rear garden needs attention. internet would be a bonus. as there is limited phone reception.

An excellent little cottage, which has recently been renovated to a high standard, in a great location with fabulous views. Perfect for easy access to the nearby Betws-y-Coed, with a small Londis supermarket nearby and a pub in the village that serves food. Warm and comfortable with new carpets throughout upstairs, the cottage has two bedrooms (one double and one double + single bed) there is also a travel cot available. Excellent bathroom with great shower, all towels and linen were provided. Well equipped kitchen with fridge, freezer and dishwasher, only thing missing that would have been useful was scissors.
Double beds are particularly soft. They were warm, clean and comfortable so can't complain, but compared to what we're used to, the mattresses were very soft.

The recent renovations are great, it looks very different from the photos. We read about damp patches in earlier reviews - well they are a thing of the past! The cottage was spotless, comfortable and had little extras (games, books, magazines) and all the basic cleaning materials needed for our stay.
Small finishing touches still needed following the renovation but it's ongoing so I'm sure it's in hand! This didn't affect our stay, would definitely visit again.
