The location is wonderful. The staff is very kind.
The water was not hot enough and they didn't had wifi or desserts.

The place is beautiful, the trees and the views are amazing. I also liked that I was able to bring my dog with me, they can be free roaming around and be themselves. Food is on the good side, I think they could offer some more dishes. Staff is absolutely amazing, they will do anything in their hands to help and serve.
The room has an strange design, bathroom is huge but I feel it is not well distributed and is not well insulated, it has a weird wood wall that has a door to get into the small terrace outside, in winter it felt like a fridge and taking a shower is a huge challenge. No hot water on the faucet makes hand/face washing a real pain. Decoration in general is so simple, they could easily hang some stuff that could help visually. Food is good but have space to improve, the menu is very short, I think they could offer some other dishes.

I liked the woods surrounding the hotel. The staff was friendly. Breakfast was good.
There is NO wifi. No coffee in the bedroom and you can’t get coffee until the restaurant opens at 9am. The rooms are extremely dark and very damp. Damp to the point where you can smell it and we felt it in our sheets at night. This hotel for the price gives you almost no amenities. There is not much to do at this hotel. But I could see why someone would use it for a wedding venue. I will not stay again.

beautiful fields and forests around the property
allot of noise, they have chickens in the property loose and they wake you up at 5am yelling at your window. rooms look way better in pictures than reality. furniture in the common areas and lobby is old. hotel was very disappointing. would never stay there again.

Amazing place! Great location surrounded by trees. The room was perfect, super clean, and the staff is very helpful and kind. Perfect place for a weekend getaway.
2.5
The backyard/view.
The rooms and beds are way too small. The linen is terrible. The fireplace isn’t real. Food could be so much better.
3.5
The setting and surroundings are beautiful, the forest is kind of mystical. Staff and service is great, always willing to help.
There is a constant noise of an engine running in the background, amenities and hot water not the best for what your are paying.

Chilaquiles were tasty
Food portion was poor

No hot water for shower, construction going on right next to room, no service or WiFi. Waaaaay over priced for nothing to offer!! What I thought would be a relaxing get-away was an extremely over priced camping trip! Very angry. Feels like a scam and like I was taken advantage.
