Todo super bien, el lugar muy bien ubicado, el staff es muy amable, me pusieron una cuna para mi bebé sin costo con cobijitas. El desayuno está bien , te preparan huevo, fruta y café-leche. El lugar cuenta con estacionamiento y está prácticamente a la vuelta del castillo de Chapultepec. Sin problema regreso

The staff is their best asset

I want to thank the staff because they were so helpful and very polite. In general, the appartement is very comfortable and so is the bed

I was not very charmed with the location. I expected more restaurants close to the facilities, more "life". Breakfast is ok but the orange juice was not nice at all!

My 3rd time here. Great location 👌 good breakfast and friendly staff.

I was only occupying the room for about 36 hours but the rate seemed to be very expensive.

Very nice Place. Just ask for the rooms toward the inside since the rooms with windows to the strees haver a little more noise.

A nice small intimate hotel, centrally located and close to local transportation. in a pleasant neighborhood. Very spacious rooms , with full kitchen.

breakfast is only OK — could be a bit richer.

OK, but there are loads of better locations eg Polanco, La Condessa, parts of Reforma.

Lifts as I am disabled. Rooftop patio.

Hot breakfast one day was offered to my husband but not to me??? Not a large choice of restaurants in walking distance, if you have been out all day and want to easily access dinner.

Great place that has exceptional service and a wonderful breakfast.

The hotel and staff were great. The breakfast was wonderful. The laundry service came back in less than half a day and was very reasonably priced. The location is convenient to everything. The off street parking was secure and convenient.

Comfortable stay!

Great location. Quiet neighborhood. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Few convenience stores nearby. Many local food option within 5min walking distance.

SECRET HOME IN A BIG CITY

I love this little home away from home in Mexico City. It is comfy and friendly abd the people are wonderful. Love the retro vibe of the rooms and the well equipped kitchen.

Good location and very clean. The staff was very polite and Oliver was so kind and helpful! The room has AC which was one of the features that we were looking for.

very nice location, center of Planco, it was quite convenient for me to move around in the city.

Even though it was a apartment/suite there was no washing machine. So, that was a bit of spoilt. other wise the suite and its staff were helping and friendly.

Location was great! Friendly staff. Comfortable rooms with very nice kitchen. Hot water, AC & Internet.

Shower hot water is not consistent. It did not stay hot for long. They did warn about this at check in.
