The children enjoyed the pool and ping pong tables.
The jacuzzi made me and my three daughters all very ill, to the point we had to visit the hospital. when we first arrived the jacuzzi water smelt of algae and was dirty, the edge of the jacuzzi was very dirty with limescale and all sorts of other hazards. In fairness to the owner after I complained the water was drained and refilled, however the water still didn't look that clean and the damage was already done, nearly £150 in doctors fees and antibiotics later we are now on the mend.
The timber slates around the jacuzzi are dangerous, my youngest hurt her toe which caused it to bleed.
The master bedroom shower tray is a major hazard, if you step on the edge of the raised wooden slates it tips which caused me a slip on the wet tiled floor.
All the wall hung radiators are cracked.
The outside pool was far too cold to swim in, the pool only got the winter sun for several hours a day, not enough to warm it up to a comfortable temperature.
There is now a live building site next door which gets noisy just before 8am everyday apart from the weekends.
The downstairs sofa is very dirty underneath the throws, Tue whole place needs a deep clean.
There is a large damp patch around the fire place flu where it goes through the ceiling.
The downstairs toilet shower cannot be used as the building site next door can look into the shower.
Being honest, some money spent and some serious cleaning could turn this villa around.
At the moment it's a dangerous place, especially the jacuzzi and the surrounding area.

An amazing, huge villa with a sea view.
There is everything you need for a perfect vacation
The villa has a pool, jacuzzi, ping pong table, pool table
And the kitchen is equipped with everything you need, down to the level of spices for cooking.
Looks like someone there thought of all the little details.
We were really upset the day we had to leave.
Highly recommend

Second stay here in a few years and just love the villa. Really spacious and lots of facilities as described and pictured. Will hopefully be back again!
the only thing I can think of is there were no toiletries apart from hand soap in the bathrooms but we brought our own

Someone was there to greet us and showed us around.
My children were really looking forward to use the pool but the water was too cold and it didn't had any shallow end. Villa was a bit cold at night time n early morning so could do with central heating which it didn't had. Bedroom TV never worked. Main bedroom shower water would flood the whole bathroom and we had to clean it manually, was a pain. We couldn't use jacuzzi fir the first 2 days as water temperature was cold and they had to call someone to fix it.

Loved the quiet location, style of house and hot tub. Well equipped kitchen. Pool table was great to have.
The pool was a little cool.

We liked the size and space of the villa. Good kitchen and bathrooms. It was very clean, the pool and the pool table were brilliant for our teenage children. Nice neighbourhood location.
It felt a bit ‘unloved’ little things that could easily be fixed. Some of the items included very blunt knives and no knife sharpener, only 2 wine glasses, the clock had ran out of battery, the microwave didn’t work, the light above the hob didn’t work, the corkscrew is very bent and didn’t work properly, the pool cue’s needed new nibs, we had to buy our own ping pong balls, the table in the back garden is broken so we were unable to eat outside. The BBQ was very unstable and wobbled during cooking. The hot tub was not hot! No keys left for the windows on the mezzanine floor which made the room very hot and unable to ventilate. And finally the shower pressure was poor and the metal lights had started to rust. For a couple of hundred euro’s and a trip to IKEA most of these things could be resolved and our grading would have been higher.

The modern, spacious and well appointed interior of the villa was exceptional. The pool table got loads of use as did the BBQ and indoor hot tub. The photos of the interior are good but the reality is better. We even made use of the log fire as - being January - the temperature dropped quickly after sunset.
That we had to leave :-) You would have to be exceptionally fussy or over-demanding to find fault with the property for the money paid. Some people may find the edge-of-town location a little too quiet for them, but it suited us perfectly. You will need a car to get pretty much anywhere.
