Los alimentos y las bebidas, muy bien. Ubicación, adecuada.
El baño, es reducido y le falta de mantenimiento. El hotel no tiene estacionamiento.

Everything. Best small hotel on town.

Nice view on the laguna.
Room also has a nice terrace.
Comfortable beds
There were quite a lot of ants in the room. We had to throw food out as the ants found their way inside.

The atmosphere of San felipe and the hotel was great. Very relaxing. The room has a big great window in front of the sea. The owner has two sweet racoon and sometime you can see them.
The hotel offers also breakfast and dinner. All good!

Beautiful view from the terrace and window to the sea. You can see the pelicans right below the window. Spacious room and good location. San felipe is a nice Little village and safe too. The hotel recommended a really good guide for a private boat tour. Ask for Alexis of you want to have a unique experience wir lots of information.
The room was not properly cleaned, there were stains on the bed linens and the bathroom and taps dirty. To be honest, the hotel needs a thorough makeover and renovation. Value for money was the worst on our journey so far. Food is bad. Better go for food to the neighboring rio lagartos in general.

- good location
- very very friendly staff
- family managed
- it rained inside the room
- I felt that the sheets were not looking really clean
- the bathroom was not really clean. it would be good if they could clean the tiles. There was a film of dirt on the tiles and long black hairs on the tiles from previous customer.
- bad wifi

This hotel is very creepy, absolutely not worth the money you pay. It needs general maintenance and cleaning. Curtains were so dusty snd sticky that I was afraid to touch it (not washed for ages). Bed linen was stained, mattress horrible. Room was very dirty, smelled dump and moisture that we were counting minutes to leave asap in the morning. Food we have ordered was not eatable, we have received guacamole with meat so we had to return it as we are vegetarians - no other option was offered to us and we had to pay the full price for something we didn’t want. We have stayed in several budget places in Mexico and this one was the only bad experience.

Really friendly staff

great surprise, the room was spacious clean and we even had a little terrasse overlooking the port and sea !
2.5
The convenience of having a restaurant on site because usually in Yucatan small town the eateries close early.
We were disappointed that the hotel does not have silent hours. From evening to 1 am, there were some guests talking who were sitting on the tables on the ground floor. The party was talking considerably loud to disturb my wife and my sleep. I called two times the reception to address this issue but both times, the call went to the voice mail. Finally around 1 am this party left leaving precious silence.

it is really cute, clean, colorful, has all the necessities. the people are friendly, welcoming and helpful. we didn’t have enough cash for the tour and food, so we could pay everything at the reception with card and they paid the guide for us. the food is very simple but good.
4.5
location was very good, the staff were very friendly and helpful, it was clean and tidy, check in was easy and they allowed us to change rooms and check out was nice and easy, overall recommended!
the Wi-Fi was really poor, but we were in the second floor, it did improve a bit the lower we went but really not a lot, and so it was rather pricy for a single night stay in the middle of nowhere, I would t use again simply because I am a traveller but as I was staying with my mother it was better for her

The hotel is a good location for exploring the nature surroundings.
The hotel needs an update. The mattresses and bathrooms are very old and need replacement.

View over the sea is stunning from the balconies and terrace.
Seafront view rooms have wide windows so that you wake up with a view.
You do not necessarily need to book a room with a balcony.
You could just use the rooftop terrace to chill and hang out and enjoy the view there.

Everything was perfect : the staff welcoming, the dinner, the village San Felipe (very charming), the hostel very colorful and the sea view from the bedroom was magic. A really good value for money.
