The staff was so friendly and helpful especially Leticia and Antonio. We felt safe staying at the hotel and enjoyed the pool and pool side bar when we were too tired to go out. The breakfast was great and bar tender Antonio made some of the best mojitos .

Everything. The staff, particularly Martin, were wonderful. A beautiful aesthetic throughout, fabulous restaurant for delicious breakfast and supoer and beach bar for lunch. We loved Holbox and this is the jewel in its crown. We will return!

Beautiful hotel, clearly high-end and luxurious when compared to other options on Holbox. Food was also excellent, including breakfast, beach club lunches and dinner - the best higher-end food option on Holbox in our experience, we found others disappointing (but loved the casual local taquerias/street vendors). Staff were extremely accommodating and friendly - only good things to say there. Question on staying here again comes down to price and location - its expense vs other options, but then again quality is high and you get undivided attention. The location is good for quick access to town, but if youre in need of seclusion would suggest options further East on the beach / away from town.

Great location, superbe service, good food, nice beach club. This was our second stay in the year, the second trip went even better than the first. You can notice majority of staff seek to make your stay extra special. Thanks CasaSandra!
I still find prices high compared to other options available in the area, I would have decided to stay longer if only accommodation and food prices were lower.
Mosquitos, they can be brutal... however this is clearly outside the hands of the hotel staff (make sure you bring plenty mosquito repellent). We found mosquitoes were much less present in the winter than in the summer.

Very cute hotel perfectly situated on the island. Family friendly accommodation with really pleasant staff members and reception desk. The beach is the best on the island and the food is quite expensive but tasty!

Everything was absolutely amazing. The hotel was beautiful and in an incredible location. We had such an incredible week and wish we were back there right now. Everyone was so lovely and helpful to accommodate us with our 1 year old daughter. We had the pool to ourselves everyday it was magical.
Breakfast was incredible but the menu choices throughout the day (lunch and dinner) felt limiting for vegetarians. We wish there was a bit more choice for us. Food was also quite espensive.

Great location. The beach is very good (no sargassum)! Very good food at main restaurant and at the beach. Cool hotel design. Very comfortable rooms. Free yoga classes daily. Staff are passionate and really go out of their way to help make a positive memorable experience. I travelled with my family (kids and grand parents) and everybody loved it. We look forward to going back soon!
Concierge staff need to be better trained/informed on the activities they recommend (ie snorkelling, boat trips, etc). I found out the package described by hotel concierge was not the same to what we experienced (which was very frustrating), then also found out prices of external activities booked via the hotel concierge were +20 to 50% more expensive than if done direct with suppliers found on the internet. I would recommend the hotel to revisit such prices or else if they are going to charge such premium that they offer more accurate recommendations to their guests. I personally had a bad experience on the above, but then hotel made up for it very responsibly. Thank you!
Food is very good but pricey, particularly the dinner menu and drinks. I could not compare quality/prices of competing options near the hotel as we did not leave the place.
Heads Up: The island has mosquitos!! We all used lots of repellent and still got badly bitten. Hotel fumigates and provides organic repellent which is great, yet you need to be prepared to deal with nature.

The property is ultimate relaxation, staff are plenty yet completely unobtrusive and recognize your needs. The staff handled transportation wonderfully. Property is beautiful and well maintained. Breakfast is delightful as is the food at Mojito.

The place is general, it has an amazing energy and every detail of the hotel is very well thought
The location of the beach is not the best because there is a sort of pond that creates in front which makes it not the best

Our stay was simply amazing the staff went above and beyond to make my birthday celebration a success. The Mojito beach club was lovely. The staff was the best on the island. Carla, Martin, Christian, Liteicia, and everyone whose name I can't remember were all amazing! They were so accommodating. They set up a private breakfast on the beach for my birthday. He worked with the chef prior to our stay to make this happen and it was perfect.
Top-notch service all around. They provided great restaurant recommendations and called taxis for us whenever we needed one.
They could use a little more light in the bathroom but other than that everything was wonderful!

the location on the beach,
The noise, too much noise!!! Hotel near the road + the room above ours was not isolated, very noisy.
Worse, the hotel was undergoing renovation and there was noise from 8am to 7pm. They told us the duration of this renovation should be 2 or 3 months ... but they refuse to warn customers! Impossible to rest in this hotel :-(

The service was just absolutely amazing. From the moment we arrived, to the moment we left - everyone was incredibly friendly, welcoming and anticipating of our needs. We really enjoyed every minute of our stay. The location is paradise as well.
Honestly, the only thing we could really think of (and this is pushing it) but the Mexican breakfast dishes were catering more to tourists (not really 100% authentic Mexican). The other food was absolutely fantastic though!

Location was fantastic. Best beach spot on the whole island that I saw. There is a nice beach bar with reasonable prices. The food at the restaurant was fantastic, although a little pricey.
More breakfast options would have been nice, but the food was all really delicious and well prepared.
