Great value for your money. Absolutely recommendable. Loved it!

Lovely little apartment in a great location between the airport and the city center. The connection with the public transport is very good, just a couple minutes away from the tramway station that connects the apartment with the airport and the city center. The apartment is cozy and comfortable. The bathroom new and the kitchen equipped with everything you need for a short stay, including complementary coffee and other very practical things to have. Overall I can only recommend it and the host Riccardo is very friendly and ready to help. Great value for the price. I would definitely stay again here!

The acoustic insulation is not the best and since the apartment is on a first floor to a big street with lots of traffic it can be quite loud, so if you are someone who is bothered by the noise I would recommend you bring some earplugs for better sleeping. The days we where there, it was unexpectedly cold and it was for us a bit too cold in the apartment and we were not able to regulate the heating our self, so may make sense to provide a thicker, warmer cover for the bed since no one likes going to sleep feeling cold. And last: the double bed is not very big (maybe 140m I guess) so if you are big people might no be the most comfortable thing for you.

Апартаменты удобно расположены. Пешком 3 минуты до остановки трамвая маршрута Т2. Этот маршрут идет от аэропорта до вокзала и исторического центра. 10 минут и вы в историческом центре. Билеты в автомате на перроне. Есть английский язык. В нескольких минутах ходьбы есть небольшой супермаркет, ресторан и пиццерия, но нужно следить за их режимом работы. В апартаментах есть все необходимое, кухня хорошо укомплектована. Кровати удобные, но та, которая считается двухспальной несколько узковата для двух человек. Раскладной диванчик существенно пошире и подходит для двоих. Качество обоих хорошее. Если вы привыкли спать порознь, то заранее можно попросить Риккардо о двух комплектах. Очень отзывчивый хозяин. На все вопросы отвечает сразу и СМС и по телефону. Владеет английским.

Нет штопора. Вино пришлось открывать ножом.

Only really suitable for two people.

Location. Modern kitchen and bathroom

Spare beds broken unsuitable for sleeping, very noisy and fridge was pretty ordinary and even on max didn’t cool well. Property has a lot of potential but feels neglected.

Lovely stay, generous host, easy access

Riccardo was very kind to us - he allowed us to enter earlier than we had planned and hold our packed bags while we got our rental car. I appreciated his generosity. Our location was great - outside the immediate city center, but merely a few stops on the T2 tram. A more authentically Italian workaday neighborhood.

Worth it

Everything was in order. Facilities as advertised. Small studio apt, good for a couple or with 2 small kids. Kitchen was well stocked. Dishwasher, oven and washing machine available. However, microwave would ve been better. Response to any query or request was prompt. Tram station 200 mts away. Don't go for bus, even if Google tells you. Just take tram to 'Unita' station for old city(15 min)/ rly station / airport. Great stay! Thanks Riccardo

Great location, 10min by tramivia near to center. Tramvia is 200m down rhe street from apartment. Very peacfull part of the city.

Nice and cozy apartment.

The apartment is compact and comfy. Its beautifully decorated. We were welcomed by fresh fruits, pasta and sauces. This is a very nice gesture. The bathroom was very clean. Location is nearby the city center, you can take tram or walk ard 25 min to SMN station.

At first it was kind of difficult to find the parking slot, but then after waiting quite time finally we can park. Internet connection was slow, but I think overall in Italy was slow.

Small apartment in a good location

The location of the house is really good with good connectivity to the main areas, railway station and airport. The house was clean and in a nice locality. The owner provides contact less check in which is really good. However, there was a hitch in our check-in - to enter the main building g for the 1st time you need to call the owner or drop him a message. He will then open the door. In our case we didn't have a local number and hence dropped him a message. He might have missed it or something. We stood outside for sometime without being able to get in. Then we had to request a local person to call the owner and get the door opened. Folks who are arriving late or don't have a local number should take note of this.

There were quite a few issues with the property - 1. The house is very small. It cannot fit more than 2 adults. We were 4 and had lot of problems during our stay. It was very crowded. 2. The wifi was very slow, even basic browsing was tough. 3. The bed in the bedroom was very small. It cannot fit 2 adults. Also it was pretty uncomfortable. 4. The electric wiring for this property is really old which means you cannot have more than two appliances (geyser, air conditioning, clothes iron, cooking stove) on at the same time. This makes it very difficult to finish your chores quickly and caused us to take a long ride to get ready whenever we needed to head out. During our 2 day stay the fuse tripped 6 times and we had to go down to the ground floor to fix it.

We stayed here for 3 days. The apartment is suitable and clean. Everything working, the beds are comfortable. If you arrive with car, there is a Private parking, next to the apartment, what is a big preference because parking in Firenze, and leave your car in safe is very difficult. The location is very good too. There is a shopping mall for 4-5 minutes walk, and the tram stop is for 2 minutes. The host, Ricardo was very kind and helpful. If we had any question, we can call him and he help us. I recommend it for everyone.

Very good

The apartment is very nicely decorated and very clean. You can reach the city center within 20 minutes by public transport.

It's located on a very busy road with lots of traffic and the air conditioning wasn't working so we had to keep the windows open which meant we couldn't sleep well.

Everything. Future guests should take a look at Florence streetcar schedules: there is one a few steps away that takes you to city centre in no time

ALL FACILITIES YOU WILL NEED

Very nice and cosy flat. Big thumbs up to the washing machine with all amenities you will need to wash your clothes. Very close to the train station in a nice neighbourhood.

The space from the toilet seat and the shower box is too small
