Excelente ubicación, precio y una inmejorable atención por parte de la señora Janeth y Charly Charly, habitación cómoda, muy limpia y muy atentos tanto el dueño como sus funcionarios. Definitivamente regresariamos siempre

Nos hospedamos en el mes de enero del 2024, 6 noches, la señora que arregla los cuartos, hizo comentarios atrevidos, pregunto cosas que en realidad no le importaban a ella, por otra parte el aseo que residíamos en la habitación era básico sacar la basura y tender la cama, también la señora llegaba temprano a eso de las 7:00 am hablar por teléfono y a golpear las puertas. Las dos primeras noches de nuestro hospedaje perfectas, pero nuestra tercera noche hasta la última noche fue muy incomoda, habían llegado varios huéspedes (como una familia) que se hospedaron en el primer y segundo piso, con un ruido terrible un bafle a todo volumen, se habló con el administrador y bueno ellos dejaron la música, pero era un escándalo por todo el hotel desde las 6:00 am, eran las 10:00 pm y todavía gritando, haciendo ruido. A el colchón se le sentía los resortes, la cama sonaba mucho, había muchos como cien pies y hormigas, varios días nos toco matar a los animales que encontrábamos en la habitación, La cocina es compartida, por ende cuando íbamos a cocinar estaba toda la familia haciendo el desayuno otro desayunando se demoraban un montón de tiempo y pues se supone que es un lugar para todos. Por otro lado la playa caminando queda a 20 minutos, pensamos que estaba más cerca. Muchas cosas por mejorar.

Boa relação Custo benefício

Eu e minha esposa estivemos por 04 noites neste hostel, gostamos de absolutamente tudo e Charly nos atendeu muito bem, marcou nossos passeios nos ajudou em praticamente tudo e até nos levou gratuitamente para o aeroporto para irmos embora.

Como já sabíamos que não tinha água quente no chuveiro não foi uma surpresa mas isso sempre incomoda mas no geral recomento,

La limpieza, la comodidad, la atención de Charly (el encargado) es excepciónal porque es muy atento, amable y siempre está disponible para lo que uno necesite. La relación calidad - precio es muy bueno. Las habitaciones tienen todo para hacer tu estadía placentera ( aire acondicionado, frigobar, tv, cómoda para poner tu ropa, mesa y sillas para comer), la cocina aunque es compartida tiene todo lo necesario para preparar lo que se te antoje.

La tele no tiene tv cable solo se ven 2 canales nacionales y la verdad es necesario tener canales para distraerte o entretener a los niños si vas con ellos; la presión del agua es poca pero creo que es un problema de todo San Andrés y lo otro es que si vas con niños o no te gusta caminar no hay fácil acceso a taxis, moto-taxi u otro vehículo, si o si debes caminar y el calor no ayuda a hacerlo en paz. Pero es un detalle que puedes solucionar si le tomas el número de teléfono a algún taxista y llamas cuando lo necesites. (los precios oscilan entre los 3 y los 5 dólares por tramo)

Great!

The WiFi is great, the room is big and with great facilities. The bathroom is clean and the shower is great. The room is air-conditioned and the bed is big. There is a refrigerator in the room although we could use also the big one in the kitchen. The kitchen is well equipped. The owner really nice and helpful. Close to the airport and around 20min from the center.

The place is really close to the airport which is great but also pretty loud. We had some weird worms daily in our room although it was clean, so no idea where did they enter from.

Perfect, other than then wifi. Host helped me rent a moto and was very hospitable.

I loved the bed, one of the most comfortable beds I've been in while traveling.

The wifi, I used wifi a lot of work and I had to find another place to work. Made things a little bit difficult.

very comfortable, clean and relaxed hotel with amazing staff

very relaxed and clean with a friendly atmosphere and incredible staff. we needed to extend our stay in San andres by one day but as it was a Saturday most hotels were full including Olas. 2 of the staff spent hours phoning round to try and find us a room. they also offered to drive us on the backs of the their scooters to view any rooms they found. 10/10 for the staff is not high enough. brilliant.

it is near the airport so of course you hear the planes. but with earplugs we were not disturbed at all. the the wifi is ok at best but we had times when it was poor. as mentioned in previous reviews, the shower is just a pipe coming out of the wall with cold water. not unusual in San Andres or even other parts of the world.

GREAT LOCATION, GREAT STAFF, CLEAN ROOMS

Super clean accommodation! The owner explain everything very well. And is very helpful in everything. and we could get a early check-in without problems and give us different tips and things to do in San Andres

Great place, if we ignore the low running water in the shower and the wifi signal this place is 5/5.

Really clean and it is gorgeous, location is also great.

Water from the shower was running low and the street where the hostal is not paved.

The staff was AWESOME!

Thank you so much Charlie... he was the best hostess ever. Very attentive and nice all the time. He make our trip and stay really easy

Very friendly staff, but a bit noisy

Stayed here only one night before heading to Providencia. Very friendly staff! Very clean bathroom. Fridge, TV, AC. Location is convenient if you need to get to the airport quickly. They can give advice about taxi service and fees which is convenient to know.

Noise: Room was in the ground floor and did not offer any noise protection. In the morning there were people outside discussing something about the room next door at 4:30 AM (?!!). You can understand every word. Also you can hear the airplanes. Air: The air in the room was quite humid when the AC is turned off, because the bathroom doesn’t have a window / sufficient ventilation.
