Pleasant Stay at Bergamo!!!

It was a very clean room, comfortable for two people inside. It is very close to the train station and also very close to the city center. If you want to go at Bergamo old town you will have to do an estimated walk of 30 minutes, or take the bus that is close. The instructions to get in were very clear and the contact with the host very good. The availability of kitchen outside of our room was very helpful, even though we didn't used it. Because the temperature inside the room we felt it was a little high the existence of a fan inside the room was excellent. Close there are many spots to eat, drink and relax which was very good cause you can do all of them by foot.

The beds, were comfortable enough but we would like a single double bed and not two single beds stuck together. But our sleep was very good and we didn't have a problem of a bed moving during the night.

Quasi tutto. Ottima posizione e organizzazione. Facile da trovare e raggiungere in macchina, indicazioni precise (quasi una divertente caccia al tesoro), proprietari disponibili . Posiziine tranquilla, silenzioso, ottimo il balcone. Pulito.

Unica pecca.... Il letto un po' scomodo. Troppo morbido per chi ha problemi di schiena. Dormire bene in vacanza è importante.

It was pretty satisfactory.

It is in the city center. close to buses. I like that it was possible to check in even in the late night. Instructions about check in and communication overall was great. The hotel is very clean. I also liked the cute balcony.

The room was pretty small for two people. There is no enough space for luggage.

Very good stay

Very nice place and it's good that rooms have a balcony to sit and have a coffee or beer. There is a shared kitchen with fridge and free coffee ((purchase milk if you prefer to have milk as none is provided). Shared bathroom but rarely an issue. Situated in lower part of town and requires a 20 min steep walk to get to old town but you will pay a lot more to stay in old town. Overall I would stay again.

The lock on bedroom and bathroom could be difficult to turn using key sometimes. There is a technique you learn to master but some oil or WD40 might solve the issue.

Great place to stay in Bergamo

We really appreciate high standard of apartment, rooms were very clean and towels were changed durning our stay. Additionally we were able to make self check in late (at night) which was important for us.

Nice and clean . Easy to get into. keys and information provided. Contacted through message service and detailed checkin information provided.

We arrived very late so no staff available, understandable. No snacks available ( no vending machine or anything) so a very hungry night spent. Perhaps some access to food would be useful?

Clean, good value for money and excellent location.

Great location, it is very close to bus terminal & train station, as well as being in centrally located in Bergamo. Room was very clean and host was very responsive when I would message the property with any queries regarding our stay! Thought it was great value for money and would definitely recommend to anyone travelling to the area.

Superb

The host was fantastic and met us at the unit, even opening personal access to garage through secure gate and secure interior garage. The unit was in good shape and comfortable. The host provided excellent recommendation to a restaurant at Citta Alta (Mimis), too.

No central heat was available in the unit (Oct 1) and it was chilly at night. The hot water took awhile to heat and was sporadic.

- A very clean place with a nice kitchen - Room with balcony and a small table and 2 chairs - Only 3 rooms in the apartament which allows you to live quietly and to easily share the bathroom

To pay the turist tax after arriving by using a box and not with the price of the room (with booking). Normally turist tax are paid after arrival but as the host is not in the house, you must leave it in a box.

Good location comfortable room.

We have small but very beautiful room with balcony. We were not missing on any facility. We could use the common kitchen facilities so we could have cold water and fruit in the warm summer . Very convenient location.

WE believe the staff was dishonest. We were asked to pay 2euros more than the city tax and when i ask why we were told it is for some invoice stamping....? 2 Eus are not a big deal but we didn't buy this explanation. Kind of disappointing.. I also booked queen bed but we got 2 singles...

cozy room, near station

Location is ok, it is close to the station, that was a priority for us. Also comfortable to come from Bergamo airport. Room was clean, we had everything we need. Also there was a small kitchen that was nice.

Air conditioning would be nice, however we had fan ventilator, so it was not too bad.

Everything was perfect. The rooms were clean and the beds comfortable. We had a lovely private, spacious bathroom. The fans in each room were very welcome on a warm night. There was a lovely terrace/balcony too. We were very late arriving but Marcella had given us excellent information for self-check in.

Superb spot downtown Bergamo.

Wonderful location downtown Bergamo. Very convenient for a few days of discovery. Ambra was not present for check in/check out, but she informed us how to do things ourselves (including car park) , was available continuously on whatsapp and all was easy and went smooth.

This is a beautiful place, very nice area of Bergamo with cafes, restaurants and boutiques nearby - but a peaceful street. Great communication with host before arriving and advice for travel from airport. i arrived early and was allowed to check in and have a shower which was very kind of the hosts. Lucky to have a large room with private terrace. No breakfasts but that was not as issue as plenty of great cafes nearby.

I was surprised that there was another bedroom that was 'shared' in the same flat where I was with my family. They were super nice and correct, but I would have liked to be informed in advance, there would be someone else.

Great place to stay at heart of Bergamo!

The location is great, right at the heart of Bergamo's cita bassa. The rooms are large and have a nice, happy vibe about them. Great balcony too. Bathroom is huge. And private parking spot is included.

Kitchen is shared with another room but still quite nice. Price could have been a bit lower. But that's all!
