Location was amazing
Very cramped for a couple and 1 child

No respect for guests. No flexibility about any issues. They simply ignore the guests and their requests after they charge in full. Think twice before considering this option. Terrible experience.

The location of the apartment was excellent, it was relatively easy to find and the street below wasn't as busy as I expected so there wasn't as much noise as night. Generally it was a pleasant stay with all the creature comforts of home.
It's a tired apartment, everything still worked and looked OK, but there are lots of scuffs, marks, wobbly bits etc. One of the windows in the front bedroom almost guillotined my fingers off and the stairs look like they could fall-through at any moment, they're very creaky.
The apartment easily became warm, but it wasn't a problem. There was no noise from neighbours either.

La ubicacion, en una calle peatonal preciosa y a la vez al lado del metro Covent Garden.
No poder dejar las maletas.

Need to update your bathroom and sort out your shower. Floorboards could be changed as well.

Communication was fantastic from start to finish
Location amazing

Nothing to like about the property. Very average. Only good thing is the location.
Firstly, dishwasher wasn’t working. After moving the apartment, toilet exhaust wasn’t working. There are no lifts and it should clearly be mentioned in the listing. The stairs are too narrow to move a suitcase or a stroller. The apartment is dusty though it’s superficially clean. The showers were hard to use, pointy, slippery. The shower holder keeps falling. The knifes are blunt.

Location
Facilities - washing machine. It was practically in a cupboard rammed with storage stuff.
The general appearance of the flat was fine but it definitely needed some TLC as it was a bit shabby - especially for the price.
It was pretty noisy in the evening as it is nearby 3 pubs.

Extremely great positioning
Very wide and comfortable
fully equipped
Some predispositions were not properly done.
- towels...I had to write an email to obtain an acceptable quantity of towels ( they were not available)
- Safe: was not working, they came the second day to activate the system after my request
- Lights in the bathroom: 4 lamps not working ...by a total of 6 ..unacceptable..("we do not have an electrician today...Toda?...4 broken by 6?)
- Bathtub - existing but not possible due to the not working water stopper
- The windows are extremely lights...the street noises are very, very strong during the night and at the early morning...
- no real darkener for windows...just light curtains...all the lights entering during the night
Moreover the street front door shop (Ted Baker) leaves at the closure all the trashes of the day of the shop on the entrance of the apartment instead in front of its entrance...

Location
Noise from the street outside. Apartment was very hot.

I booked both this one bedroom and the two bedroom to accommodate 2 groups. The apartment is in an excellent location. The property manager was easy to contact and fixed a couple of problems promptly. The same can't be said for the problems in the second apartment which were not fixed during our 7 night stay.
Washing machine is private but not in the apartment.
Bathroom needs upgrading.

Prime location and Cleanliness
1. Visitors need to consider that this prime location comes with a price - there is a lot of noise outside.
2. Suggestion for improvement: please keep a spare bed settings for cases of co-workers who travel together and don't want to share (i.e. the default should be 3 blankets / 2 blanket + 1 spare)

fantastic location, good space for family of 5, well kept, good communication from management, electronic access was very convenient, so close to the tube
creaky stairs inside, need bigger garbage can in bathroom or have some bin in bedroom (very minor items)

The location is perfect. Looks the same as in the pictures. Comfortable for a couple/family. Great kitchen. The team answered for every question. I’m sure I’ll stay here again on my next visit in London
The bad was unstable. It took a while to find the address

A great location and nice size. Being so close to everything allows you to see so much more each day.
There are steep stairs to get into the property so it would suit people with very you children or elderly.

nice property, clean and right next to Covent Garden which has high and low points.
spacious and clean

Excellent location, easy to check-in and very helpful hosts; apartment was very clean, well organised and had everything we needed for our two night stay... and really close to Covent Garden!
Perhaps a little smaller than we expected and might need some better instructions for the sofa bed - we couldn't quite get that right!! :-)

A perfect location for enjoying London’s special atmosphere, step out of the door and everything is there, no need for tube or taxi. Step inside to a very well presented apartment with everything you’ll need, it’s also very quiet, you would never think you were in central London. Nice window views of the famous Floral Street

the location is amazing, literally a 60 second walk to Covent Garden underground station and the Covent Garden piazza.
you could at times hear the people upstairs walking around.

Great location and still quiet. Adequate size.
Some minor leakage in the bathroom. Airco could be handy

There is a key box that is very easy to use
The bed sagged on the left side

Loved the digital keypad entry. However, I was a tad concerned that if I locked myself out without my phone, or if my battery died, I'd be stuck to get back in or be able to call someone though! Had a problem with a non-draining bathroom sink, but after a quick call, that was sorted within a matter of hours. Telephone communications with the office were friendly, helpful and very responsive. The apartment was mostly clean (except for a dust bunny or two), with fresh linen and plenty of towels provided. The kitchen included the basic utensils, plates, mugs etc which was great for the few days I was staying there.
The dining table was a bit rickety, and the plastic chairs weren't great if you had to work for a few hours - which I did. I chose this apartment for work purposes, and was disappointed not to have a desk and more suitable chair available.
The stay was good, right up until the last afternoon and night.
I didn't like the noise coming from some of the other apartment users in the building on the Friday night. People were running up and down the stairs, shouting, and doors banging. There were even a couple of them shouting up from the street to their mates in the apartment above mine. (I'd already had to endure 4+ hours of noise from singing and chanting football supporters that afternoon!)
The bunch using one of the apartments even came back at 4am and were stomping around their apartment, banging doors, talking loudly etc I was glad to be checking out on the Saturday morning as Friday's work and sleep had already been disrupted.

Lovely, comfy property in perfect location.
Water in shower went cold very quickly after 5 minutes. Had to wait half an hour after one shower for it to get hot again which was annoying with two kids to get ready.

location amazing, communication excellent
location and apartment was nice
