Completed in 2015, this stunning property features gorgeous finishes both in and out. Upon entering the front door, once past the twelve-foot shuffleboard table, you'll find the gourmet kitchen with dual in wall ovens and granite countertops. Comfortable sofa seating surrounds the 65” 4K High Definition television that is hung above the gas fireplace. There's a beautiful dining room table just behind the sofa as well as a small patio area complete with seating and high-end Weber Grill.
Heading deeper into you home you cant help but notice the den, aka “mancave” of sorts. Here you'll find another HD television, comfortable sofa seating, and a standup arcade system with over 60 games preloaded. We'll understand if you request a late checkout.
The bunk bed room with its dual single over single bunks is adjacent to the full bath with tub/ shower combo. Further down the hall is the master bedroom with its grand king size bed, HD television, and ensuite with jetted tub and separate glass-enclosed shower stall. Dual sinks, walk in closet, and water closet complete the master bath.
Downstairs you'll find a spacious bedroom with two queen beds. An HD television is mounted on the wall as well as some very captivating artwork. A full bath with tub/ shower combo is attached to the bedroom. The full laundry room is also tucked away on the lower level.

This house was perfect for our 2 families and our parents. 10 of us and plenty of room for everyone. The kids and teens loved the video games and all of us loved playing shuffle board. The home was clean and walkable to many shops and restaurants. Definitely recommend and would stay again.

We had a great late fall stay at this unit! Very spacious and the arcade game room & shuffleboard table provided hours of entertainment. Also, the property management team responded very quickly to a couple of minor requests. We'll definitely be back!

Stay was amazing. The video games and shuffle board were perfect for me and my friends. Not to mention how great the location was. Location was so close to food and mainly the casinos. We were able to stock up on groceries for a few days. Bathrooms and everything we're very clean. Friends loved the bunk bed as it added a nostalgic childhood vibe for us. Thanks again!

We love this unit. It's super spacious and comfortable, as advertised! Queen beds downstairs are so comfy. We were bummed the arcade games were not working this year and someone in another unit in our building (not affiliated with this rental company) had a dog that continuously barked. But we highly recommend this unit and look forward to returning again!

We had nine in our party ranging from 8-78. We ALL loved the house! The cleanliness, layout, location was perfect. The kitchen has everything you need to cook meals for your family. I would definitely stay here again.

The home setup was great for our two families. It was close to the activities that drew us to Tahoe.
Bedrooms large, kitchen had everything we needed to cook, gas grill, pots, etc. and laundry.
Make sure you follow the rules about garbage and locking the main dumpster because of bears. While we were there, a huge bear had a dinner of garbage and stayed for about 45mins. Fun for the kids to see from the safety of 3rd floor balcony but shocking for those coming/going in the parking lot.
They were very responsive and sent a repair person to fix the Batman video game that was not working (ultimately needed to order a part so it didn’t work while we were there but good service).
Check in and out was easy.
Could use additional towels, bathroom bar soap and dishwashing detergent for our length of stay (5 nights) but that was only minor issue.
Overall, great experience.

The game didnt work for my nephew to play and the fans in both rooms didnt work and we had a worker in the house every day but 2 witch where the days we were not there. The guy was very nice and did everything he coulf to help.

Located walking distance from Lake and Heavenly Village gave us plenty to do! The home was well equipped and the kids loved the space to themselves and the arcade room. Great WiFi for working remotely, too.

Great location to beach and shops
Great 3 bedroom with bonus “game” room. The stairs were a little much after a few days for the third floor:) if this is something you are considering, try and inquire for the 2nd floor of this unit as needed as there are several in this little community of condos. There was a massage chair in the master bedroom which was great. I think we used it every day. Ot was awesome after a day of swimming or after heavenly.
10 minutes walk to the beach with kids and water toys/towels etc. Bring a wagon if you can. The beach did cost though so be prepared. It was $20 per person I believe. 10 minutes to heavenly as well where you can shop and eat. Only one Main Street to cross. The longest walk was to the casinos. About 15 minutes to the casinos. Not bad though.
Beware of bears! We had a visitor in the community garbage cans. After that, the main community gates were shut and all was well.
Negatives: All doors creaked which made it pretty noisy while trying to check on the little ones sleeping. The floors creaked as well, but they are rustic hardwoods so we expected it. The main master bathroom had a motion sensor light, but no actual door to the bathroom so light shined on the person still sleeping if you needed to use the bathroom late, or after arriving home late from a night at the casino. Also, not a huge deal, but one of the video games was not working. Inquire about this of this is something you are interested in. The Batman game did work however, and our kids enjoyed it.

Beautiful condo rental just a few blocks off from Heavenly Village. Our group was late 20 year olds for a ski weekend in Tahoe. The property was wonderful, easy to access, and only a short distance to the gondola. Super manageable to carry gear over to the lift. Would recommend for future stays.

This condo is perfect for families. We stayed with our 4 daughters-The games are so much fun and it is much more spacious than we thought. Me and my best friends got together .to collectively celebrate out 40th birthdays. The location is great, easy walks to the beach and state line. Kitchen was decently stocked with cookware. The TV was a bit difficult to work at first, but you get used to it. All and all a great experience. I would definitely recommend.

Unfortunately, one of our guests had to sleep on the very uncomfortable couch/"bed" for all 4 nights. During our stay, the owner elected to book the internet to be upgraded. The internet was out for over 24 hours and the owner had one of our guests on the phone for a few hours to help troubleshoot which was a huge inconvenience. Unfortunately, the owner and the booking company did not reply to our complaint or try to address the concerns which warrant this negative review. Outside of the above grievances, the house was in a great location and was perfect for what we were wanting.

Annual Golf Trip
We had 8 guys for two days and the place was perfect! Great walking distance from casinos to save the Uber ride. Had all the amenities you need and several places to fall asleep after a long day of Golf and casinos. For sure using this spot next year!
