Beautiful Oceanfront and Beachfront 3rd Floor Condo in Downtown Cocoa Beach. Security entry building. Small condo with 25 units. Renovated with Beach House Style Decor. Unit 203 is also ours if you are interested in this unit as well: Vrbo ID: 1377371.

Private balcony in Living Room and Master Bedroom with a view of the ocean and beach, can comfortably accommodate up to 6 guests: 4 adult (master king bed, 2nd bedroom queen bed) and 2 kids (Queen size sofa bed in living room). Life guards are couple hundred feet away from you. Boardwalk is a desirable community, with relaxing pool to cool down during hot summer season.

No busy street to crossing, Ocean and beach is in your back yard. nice size kitchen and dinning room, is perfect for your family getaway dinner. you can escape to the the beach and walk to everything around you. Enjoy happy hours on Coconut on the Beach next door, all of the great restaurants, shops, and live entertainment that downtown has to offer just out of your door. We loved the beach. Its just perfect. My sons would go down ahead of us and the lifeguard is right there. Condo is walking distance to bars and restaurants, a couple miles from Publix. Good size 2BR condo. Access to the car in the parking garage was nice bc the car wasnt blazing hot from sitting outside. The pool is behind the building, we used it several times as well.

The property was surprisingly quiet for being in such a central location. The host was great with providing property details and making sure everything was clear before our arrival. Loved have a designated parking spot and the location was great for walking to get food, ice cream and people watch. We would definitely stay again!

Our condo was just beautiful and clean.. we saw the space shuttle from our balcony.. we were right in the downtown where the boat races were. Now.. the building is old, leaking water, needs work…they are doing some work so you can’t sit on your balcony Mon-Fri 8-5. But we were only there Thursday-Monday. Overall… great mentee made Thank you!

Inside condo was clean and in good condition. But the outside area was undergoing renovation and work vehicles and equipment dominated the front parking lot. Also noise was a little annoying. We were lucky not to have workers working directly in the back of our unit which faced the ocean view. But we felt the owner should have discounted our stay or at least warned us about this at the time of booking.

Perfect location and beautiful view. Everything was provided that we would need for our two-week vacation. Host was very quick to respond to any questions or requests. My family and myself felt very comfortable and at home. The condo was clean and very nicely decorated. We hope to get a reservation in the time slot we need in the future. I loved the condo!

First time we used the August lock system. Before we got there we were a little concerned about how it would work. But it was fine. Nice to park car in garage. With a few updates this could be an over the top place. Bedding is getting old and could use a refresh. Some water damage in primary bedroom leaves one wondering why owners would not repair properly. Changing out some fixtures would also bring property up a notch or two. However it is spacious, has a fantastic view and close to restaurants. Over all nice place.

We weren't disappointed after booking so far in advance. Property was as advertised. Beautiful location so close to the beach. Had great views of the beach and actually got to see a SpaceX launch from the property. Condo was clean and spacious. This is a great location

We absolutely loved staying at this condo on the beach. The location was perfect to walk to wherever we were going. The condo was clean and well maintained. Our favorite part was the balcony overlooking the beach. We spent most of our time on the balcony enjoying the waves, the wide variety of birds and dolphins.

Property needs to be kept up/repaired. Locks are corroding and do not work properly. We did not use any small appliances due to their condition/age. The washer and dryer was excellent except the lint filter on the dryer had not been cleaned. Microwave is showing its age and inside is very stained. Kitchen cookware was rusty/old and need to be replaced. We ended up purchasing a fry pan and coffee pot to use during our stay. All of the artificial plants in the Condo were very dusty and there was areas in the walls/baseboards and ceiling that needed repair. The pictures displayed on website are older when the rooms were in better condition. Not as they are now. Items and spices/condiments left by previous tenants were not appealing and should have been discarded and/or replaced. Parking space was not organized and some of the beach tems available need to be discarded/replaced. It looked very messy and dirty. Best feature of this Condo was the location and the excellent view.

The condo was exactly as described & pictured. Great location. Comfortable. Nice to have a garage parking space. Lihua was great with communication & suggestions for food in the area. I wish I would've stayed longer than 2 nights. The building itself needs some updates. It just looks old & run down. I wasn't impressed with having to use an app to access the key. It never seemed to work the first time.

This was a very nice condo with all the conveniences of home. The property manager was great- we would definitely stay here again. Pros of our stay: * Clean condo * beachfront * spacious balcony for relaxing * convenient to restaurants, shopping, and recreation * access to beach equipment (umbrellas, chairs, etc.) * condo had all the things we needed Cons: * There was a music festival in town for the weekend and they were set up a couple of buildings away- it was extremely loud. It wouldn't have been so bad if it were fun, island-type music, but we are talking heavy metal band-type music. Not fun for a relaxing, family vacation. Fortunately, it was over in a couple of days and we were able to enjoy the rest of our vacation. * While our condo was very nice, the condo complex itself was in a state of disrepair. The complex left much to be desired. It was just rundown and dirty-looking overall. The outdoor pool was located on the road-sie of the complex. It was small, and no one used it the entire time. There were old, ugly shopping carts in the garage for guests to use for toting beach gear. I never saw anyone use them- we certainly didn't. * Parking was a bit tight for ourTundra. Fortunately, no one parked beside us in the marked spaces. Had there been another guest in the space next to us, I'm not sure we could have gotten our truck in there. * The beach was super crowded on the weekend (4-5 umbrellas deep) but lightened up a bit during the week.

We really enjoyed our stay. The condo was clean and just like the pictures. Our host was very helpful before our stay giving us all the information we needed as well as helpful information about things to do in and around the area. Unit itself was awesome but, what got to us was the constant everyday and some evenings LOUD music! WE had to keep the unit completely shut. Open the door and you get a constant blast. With all the bars just next door, outdoor also competing to see who could be the loudest!

We were more than pleased with every aspect. The location is ideal, with Publix, ABC, restaurants and convenience stores within a mile away. The property was clean and well appointed; the kitchen was so well equipped for us to cook every night..The area is quiet, the beach is beautiful and the balcony view is spectacular. Beautiful view and amazing location!! I wasn't crazy about the door locking system 🤔 would have rather had regular keys instead of using our phones. The door itself jammed sometimes which made you feel like you needed three hands. We had to request the floors to be remoped, but our request was quickly granted. Beds slept good and the kitchen was well stocked with dishes and small appliances. All the units large appliances were in good working order.

The check in process was easy and using an app to lock/unlock the door to the condo was great and easy to do. The unit is very clean and supplied everything you need for a nice vacation. The beach access was fantastic! The condo sits on the 3rd floor so the view was absolutely stunning! You can see cruise ships coming in as well as space launches. Also, we were able to keep a good eye on the kids from the balcony. The location is perfect. We were next door to great restaurants and walked around most of time, leaving the car parked in the garage (also very nice feature) Communication with the owner was perfect. The power went out due to hurricane Nicole, causing an issue with the air conditioning compressor (not the owners fault) and she was on it, making sure everything was up and running. The condo is very spacious and excellent for a family. The only issue we had was the batteries were missing from the TV remote in the second bedroom, which meant the kids couldn’t watch TV in their room and that was perfectly fine with me. The beach was so fun, they didn’t care about TV or their phones which was so awesome. Overall, I highly recommend this unit and we definitely would love to come back every year and make it a yearly tradition.

The condo was wonderful. Well appointed, nicely decorated, comfortable, really large. The reason it got four stars, and my only complaint, was the locks and keys for the doors and, especially, the gate to the beach. It was, to say the least, frustrating! It would probably keep me from coming back. A couple of times, we were afraid we were going to have to go to the public beach access and walk around. They need to be changed, desperately!!!
