The place is bad. They gave me a room without windows, no ventilation at all. Bathroom outside: terrible. Yet I paid for a room with bathroom in the room.
The room didn't have ventilation. I had to sleep with the door opened. Terrible. Yet I pad for a room with bathroom inside.

Property marked available on booking.com but not available when you arrive on-site. Staff member not sympathetic to the inconvenience.

The room was dirty, smelling of smoke. This is a house were people are living in. I'm sure they sleep elsewhere when they see a booking being made. The place had a very bad smell. The toilet had blood on the seat. The place is a disaster.

Nothing.
There is no value for money at all. The place is not comfortable at all. You can feel the wires on the bed. The floor is ugly. The toilet and shower looked so unhygienic and they didn’t have a Hand wash soap in the toilet. the rooms are extremely small. The owner hired and gentleman to stay in at the lodge and the gentleman stays with the wife and their child. At around 21h00 the wife started singing loudly for about 30min and the child started crying right after that. They were loud. Not good value for money at all.

Close proximity to Maitland.
1. Two women knocked on my door last night, woke me up from deep sleep; they were asking me to go out with them.
2. You can hear people talking/showering from the next room, walls are thin.
3. Room has cigarette smell.
4. No kettle, used toilet roll (1/4 left), no electricity in the morning, so I showered and packed my suitcase in the dark.
