Great place to stay!

Nice secluded and safe area. Close to town. Spacious apartment with everything you need. Easy parking for your car. Very friendly and informative host

Quiet and Intimate apartment in paradise.

We loved the location and the living room was very cosy and welcoming. The host kept in contact and was very helpful in answering questions before and during our stay.

Wi-Fi connection was poor in the area but I connected my personal hotspot and everything worked out perfectly!

No place to stay for long

The host was genial, pleasant and responsive to inquiries. The unit is in a gated residential community. The rooms were spacious. We were surprised to find a washer-dryer although the washer didn't work.

The property was disappointing overall. It's tired. Although the listing indicated AC, the unit was only in the bedroom and not powerful enough to cool the entire unit. The sun shines on the deck most of the day, heating the stone tiles so much you can't go out comfortably until evening. This made the unit hot, too, because there are no curtains or drapes across the deck slider windows. There was no place on the grounds to walk, sit or relax. There were no lounge chairs or other comfortable seating on the deck or in the living room. The kitchen was substandard with an old, burn-spotted countertop, scarred stove and very limited dish and cookware. (No spatula, two mis-matched wine glasses, etc. ). No real kitchen table. No place to plug in a laptop and work. The shower mixer valve didn't work properly. There is NO linen service, housekeeping or trash pickup despite the fact we stayed there 9 days. In fact, you are expected to take your trash to a dumpster off the property. We were offered a change of linen and floor mop for $60. The location is a mile or so up a steep hill from Charlotte Amalie, so you really need a car to get around (or you must pay for a lot of taxis at $10 per person for most trips).

Pleasant

Beautiful spot overlooking the town of Charlotte Amalie.

Building stayed very hot and muggy. The AC was only in the bedroom and it barely worked.

It was decorated nicely

I didn’t like the fact that we were charged an additional fee for an one extra person when it wasn’t stated anywhere on the booking . Also I think the A/C system could be a tad better . It didn’t really combat the heat that well .

No breakfast! The location was so close to sibs restaurant, we mostly ate there, great atmosphere and well-rounded menu! Good food🥙 We didn’t rent a car, the villa was on a big hill, gated community, had to call a taxi to go anywhere. Beautiful view from balcony, the hosts - Ronita and Sunil, were just amazingly nice and helpful!! They have several other units on the same property so can accommodate up to 15 easy if a group wanted a central location

My new favorite Hidden Gem 💎

If it’s traveling for work or pleasure (This Trip was both) I loved the privacy the property had to offer. Gated community and key pad entry ! Loved that! Our host gave detailed instructions & was very accommodating!! Our apartment was immaculately clean & very very comfortable for myself and my sweetheart. The bed was Extremely comfortable! We both slept like a baby! Late night after a day of site seeing and hitting the beach 🏖 we enjoyed movies on Netflix and relaxing on this super comfortable sofa! While eating homemade 🥑 guacamole that I prepared in this huge kitchen! The breeze off the ocean swept in from the sliding doors off the balcony, making our evenings so relaxing, peaceful!! The kitchen!!! Equipped with everything you need to make a snack or cook up a meal! In the morning we enjoyed our coffee ☕️ outside on the balcony, listening to the ocean , the birds, and simply just soaking up the view!! Breathtaking!!! The bathroom has this big comfy shower 🚿 and after a day on the beach it sure felt great & relaxing! Bath towels are also provided along with wash clothes. Only thing I didn’t pack was a small hair dryer, but hey, 5 mins and my hair dried itself. But if you must use a hairdryer, remember to pack one! There was even a laundry 🧺 room right off the bedroom and drying our beach towels (Provided by our lovely host) was perfect so we can use them again the next day!

My only regret not staying longer !
