You'll know you're on vacation when the sun rises on your first day in this perfect Ocean City home. An abundance of windows and a vaulted ceiling allow sunlight to pour into the living area and fill the house with the excitement that each day can bring. Enjoy your morning coffee on your spacious, partially covered deck and relax with the peace of this quiet residential street. New hardwood floors and new furniture throughout, a soft color scheme and simple yet tasteful decor will help provide a comfortable home base for you and your family as you embark on each day's adventure. Enjoy a short walk to Ocean City's beautiful beaches and legendary boardwalk. Take the bikes for a leisurely ride through town. Escape inside a book at one of the nearby coffee shops. Hop over to the neighborhood playground for some fun on the swings or the courts. There's fishing...shopping...surfing...fun in nearby Atlantic City...and SO much more. After the day's activity, you can unwind in the outdoor shower (or one of the two indoor showers), prepare a nice dinner in our fully stocked kitchen or cook up some burgers on the grill. The condo was in an excellent location: close to bay, beach, Asbury Avenue, Wawa and Acme. It was very spacious and the deck was great for relaxing after a long day at the beach. Finding carts and extras chairs in the garage were definite bonuses! The owners were very responsive to any questions or concerns.

This house has everything. It's clean and it is in the perfect location to get to everything you will want to do! We love the bikes in the garage too! The only place you'll have to drive is to get groceries. Otherwise we parked our car and didn't need it at all!♥️

The house was great! Location was perfect for walking to beach and boardwalk. I had a few questions that the host answered immediately and he was in contact throughout my stay. The house had lots of extras such as beach chairs, carts for the beach and bikes. I would definitely come back and stay! Wonderful experience!

Nice modern upstairs beach rental in OC, NJ. About a 15 minute walk with little kids so we opted to drive to the beach most days. Rental had all the comforts of home, kids loved the bunk beds and overall my family enjoyed our stay.

We had a great stay! Very easy walk to the beach, a great park for the kids and many dining options. Mark was on top of everything. We even accidentally left something behind and Mark is mailing that back to us!

Nice accommodations that fulfilled our needs. They also had use of beach tags & bikes which was a bonus. Second floor- steps could be a challenge for some and were a little steep & beach was walkable but unit is closer to the bay.

We had an exceptional time staying at 1318 Heaven OC. The place was very clean, comfortable, very accommodating and well decorated. It had everything we needed and more. Quiet, clean neighborhood. Short bike ride from the boards. The bikes provided were a lot of fun. Kids had fun with the provided board games. Husband grilled up dinner. Beach chairs were a plus. Top deck was a perfect spot to relax. Kitchen was fully stocked. Nice washer and dryer. Good water pressure in shower. The outdoor steps could pose an issue for some, keep that in mind when packing. We had to bring all of our own linens and cleaning supplies due to Covid, but we didn’t mind. Host was very thorough and quick when responding. I would definitely book this house again! Family had an awesome time!

We had a very enjoyable stay over New Year's! We stay in Ocean City every year and this house was one of the cleanest OCNJ houses I've ever stayed in. The kitchen had everything we needed for preparing food, even a hand mixer since I forgot mine. Plenty of glasses, plates and silverware. The decor was modern and very aesthetic. Beds were comfortable. Within walking distance to the boardwalk, the shops on Asbury and restaurants. We would definitely stay again!

We enjoyed a long weekend at the condo for Columbus Day. The condo was well taken care of and very clean. Many items were provided in the kitchen, as well as a grill and bikes. The walk to the beach was on the longer side for our younger ones, but we appreciated the quiet street in return. We were very comfortable even on a day with bad weather. We had plenty of room to spread out. The owner was incredibly prompt with communication which made the whole process very easy. Thank you for a wonderful weekend away!

Very spacious and well kept. Kitchen is well supplied with dishes,glasses,cutlery etc. short walk to the beach. Second floor steps could be an issue for older guests or people with hip issues. Otherwise a great place to stay.

What a wonderful home!! My husband and I, our 3 kids and their 2 friends had the best time here. Mark was amazing, so accommodating and very helpful. The home is on the second floor. The location is excellent, quiet but active and close enough to the beach and boardwalk. The bikes were a fantastic perk! The grill and beach buggy were also very convenient. The home is very clean, has a great set up with just a few stairs leading up to the bedrooms and laundry, providing a sense of privacy. The porch is partially covered with a few chairs for relaxing on those rainy days and has a nice breakfast nook in the uncovered portion. We really loved being able to bike around and there are a ton of great places to eat (take out -due to CoVid19). Everything you need to know is in the “book”. :-) We will definitely book here again!! :-)

From the moment we walked up the stairs and into the house we all felt like we were home. Mark was great with his pro-arrival emails and instructions so everything went smoothly. We found the house equipped with everything we needed for our stay at the beach. We had great meals with all the family many nights around the dining room table. Kitchen items were very good. Enjoyed the deck all the time! We really appreciated the extras with the bikes and beach items that we had access to. We enjoyed the beach and walks to the Bay for sunsets in the evening. Comfy beds too! Spacious outdoor shower! Thank you to the Owners! We'll hopefully be back next year!

We really enjoyed staying at Mark's property in OC. His home is exactly how it's pictured and it was plenty of space for our family of 4. The location was just what we wanted for a vacation during quarantine. We wanted to be a bit away from the boardwalk which was only a short 8-10 min walk. We were only 2 blocks from Asbury where the restaurants and boutiques were which we enjoyed on our only cloudy morning. Mark is a great host providing us with lots of guidance on where to eat before the trip. And he responded within minutes of every email or text. So helpful. The kitchen is fully stocked so no need to bring anything except an ice cream scoop. Highly recommend this listing.
