Kitchen is fiully sotcked and has new stainless steel appliances. There's plenty of room for the whole family in this 3 BR 3 Bath house. Every bedroom gets their own bathroom in this Beach front Beauty!! It doesnt get much better than this!!

What a nice place! Very well appointed, right on the boardwalk. A bit of a walk to the "action" on the boardwalk but the beach area here was perfect. room for many people. not cramped. the condo had just about everything you could ever want. even neighbors were pretty nice. plenty of street parking in the area for 2nd and 3rd cars. the only knock would be NOT being able to park in garage...no room and door does not open all the way. it's fine. but you can't lock the garage either, or at least we could not figure out how to! the last nit would be to add a hook or two in the master bath. nowhere to hang a wet towel. but honestly, a fantastic place. Missy was so great and helpful. great property.

This was the perfect beach place for my sister, my daughter, and my elderly mom who can only do limited stairs. Loved the easy beach access for her and being on the quiet end of the boardwalk but just a short walk to the shops and rides. Beautiful, well equipped, and well maintained property; our top pick for future trips to the shore.

The unit is very well equipped, and the property manager was very responsible to any questions or concerns that we had. The location is quiet, just steps from the beach with a ramp just outside your door. Although it is off the beaten path slightly, you can be in the heart of the boardwalk action quickly. Really enjoyed the stay and would not hesitate to stay there again!

This was our first time in Ocean City and it was so nice there! The unit that we rented was great: well maintained, well stocked with everything you would need, and perfect location!! The only issue we had was that the AC wasn’t working but Missy responded to my messages about the issue very quickly and made arrangements for service to be done as soon as possible. We enjoyed our vacation and would definitely consider renting this unit again.

We stayed the week of July 4th and had a wonderful experience. The location was perfect for teens to walk boardwalk, yet far enough away from the crowds to relax on the patio. We had easy access to the beach, and the property was nicely equipped with kitchen necessities. Loved the open family room area and lots of windows to people watch. The host was very responsive to any questions and made it easy to plan for the trip.

Checked into the house on a late Saturday afternoon and immediately noticed that the air conditioner wasn't working. I called Missy, and she had someone out to check on things within hours. The AC repair person said that the AC likely wouldn't be operational until after my stay. Missy and the owners worked with me that night to give me options on whether to stay, go to a different location, or come back at a later date. In short, even though an unforeseen issue arose, they worked with me to find a solution that fit all my needs.

Amazing location! Not on the busy part of the boardwalk, but close enough to walk everywhere. Loved being right in the corner with beach access. Best of all, bathrooms for all! Haha! Manager was very accommodating and answered texts promptly. Nothing but love for this place. Highly recommend! Will def be back.

Everything was great, couldn't get a better location. Beach wasn't crowded, Hardly any traffic. The only thing I would recommend is you put carpet treads on the 6 stairs leading to bedroom, my wife had socks on an slipped a slid down the stairs on her rear, luckily she just got bruised.

Stayed for a weekend during the off season for my and my husband’s birthdays with our two young children. You cannot beat the location or the view. Owner was super accommodating. Was super clean and so nice. It rained a majority of our stay and my 5-year-old still did not want to leave! Would love to go back.

I decided to book a last minute ladies retreat Presidents Day weekend with a friend, and from the moment I connected with owner Missy, until we had to leave, I was blown away! We spent the weekend sitting on the cozy couches, gettinf take out as we had everything we needes right there. The front windows provide beautiful sunrise and sunset skies. The property was an amazing location, clean, well supplied and the bed were comfortable! I left taking note of decor and furniture as it was beautiful and functional. I plan on staying again with my family and definitely again for girlfriends. Thank you for an amazing weekend getaway 💕

This house was incredible. A perfect location. Right on the boardwalk, but away from the crowded areas. A peaceful beach to walk on. The home was absolutely lovely. Very comfortable and with nice finishes and amenities. The owner was very responsive to questions I had prior to arrival. They even had a bunch of very nice beach chairs for our use which saved much needed room in our car. I highly recommend this home and owner and would gladly stay here again.

Cannot say enough about this home and our entire experience. Missy, our Property Manager, was exceptional from start to finish. The home was sparkling clean, full of thoughtful amenities and the on-boardwalk location was further enhanced by all the view-enhancing windows. Kitchen, bathrooms and bedrooms are spacious. An absolute joy to stay at this home; we can’t wait to come back in ‘23!

From the porch or picture window, having folks walking along the boardwalk was an interesting parade, though there’s enough distance to not break our privacy. Having the dunes, though they obstruct the ocean view, gave a nice nature setting giving the impression that you’re not right just a few blocks from boardwalk action though you are. Parking for 2 cars is a bit if a hassle but we found parking late in the day to keep a spot for the duration.

We had a great time. Location is absolutely perfect and the apartment it’s well decorated and very comfortable. Nice views (little ocean view obviously as this is a first floor apartment) from the living room and porch. As an improvement for upcoming families, I would suggest that the owner add more silverware, plates, mugs, etc. and a screen door for the porch would also be very useful

So you are literally the first home at the very entry to the beach and walking distance to boardwalk and the fact that there is 3 bathrooms with 3 showers is incredible!! Family room/ dining room is actually bigger in person.

This property was just perfect for us! The place is beautiful. It is modern, very clean, spacious, exactly as the pictures show. The location is absolutely perfect. We walked out the door, over the boardwalk, and right onto the beach. Perfect for having a toddler with us. Missy also supplies some amenities that most places, in my experience, do not. It certainly made packing for our trip a lot easier. She is also easy to reach and very pleasant to work with! Please check out this listing for your next vacation trip. The location of this property is amazing. So easy to access the boardwalk and beach. We really enjoyed our stay. The decor is updated and cute. Beds are comfortable. Plenty of room in the living spaces and deck. Very clean.
