This was a very last minute booking after I was let down by another booking at another property. Turns out that everything does indeed happen for a reason as this place ended up being wonderful and giving me and my 2 kids a wonderful mini holiday. Great location and lovely, cosy basement flat which felt like home straight away. Really hope to come back again soon whilst on the hunt for our own home in Ayr.
The only thing I would've liked in the flat would be a blanket/throw in the living room.

Loved everything, cozy, comfortable, clean, perfect for our quiet birthday mini-break. Comfiest beds we have slept in at holiday accommodation ever. 2 mins to town, 2 mins to beach, and the rainfall shower was an unexpected bonus! It's also much bigger inside than you'd think, and really luxurious like a posh hotel ,we loved the place and would recommend to friends and stay again.
Nothing to dislike, the only thing that was a slight issue for us was the heavy rain meant the tile steps down to the front door were very slippery.

The apartment was lovely. Warm, cosy and very comfortable. It was well equipped and perfect for a long or short stay.

Good location close to the main areas of the town. Very little noise at night. Nearby car park at £3.00 per 24 hrs was useful as one of us has mobility problems.
The beds were very uncomfortable and there was a smell of sewers outside the front and patio doors at the rear of the property. No shelves in the bathroom to place toiletry on so we had to keep them on the floor. Again, in the bedroom, there was no flat surfaces to stand items on. The owners would benefit by spending a few night stoppong there and the problems that have listed would be very apparent.

As usual love the location the apartment and surroundings.

The flat has been nicely decorated very handy for the beach and shops. Towels were nice and soft and smelt nice. The garden was a bonus for the kids ! Having Netflix was great for the wee ones to watch what they liked .
The cleanliness of the bedrooms wasn't the best full of spiders and there webs and alot of dust. I contacted the owner and he was very quick to send the cleaners over to sort this which was really appreciated. He kept me up-to-date after the flat had been cleaned was happy to stay the second night.

It was a lovely little basement flat in the centre of Ayr, near the beach and 10 mins from the Robert Burns museum.

We loved the location and the size of the property was pertect for us. We had everything we needed.
Bathroom floor tiles coming up. Trip hazard as one of our children trapped over them when we first got there.
Also the sofa had a slight smell of dog.

The location is perfect - a short walk from the sea front and around the corner for shops.
Parking isn't immediately outside but large long stay £3 for 24hrs within 5mins brief walk passed the most amazing ice cream shop

EVERYTHING! The communication with the owners was quick and informative. The accommodation was as described. The location is perfect for the beach (5 min walk) and visiting the town and shops (1 min). The place is very secure and easy to access, as long as you can manage steps. The rooms were all large and very well equipped, you don't need to take anything with you as its all there. The apartment is warm and well lit. The beds are big and very comfortable with lovely bed linen and towels. You won't be disappointed if you stay here. Definitely recommend it
Nothing at all.

Great location, decent price. Cheap parking 5 minutes walk away
Only really room for 3 to sit comfortably in the living space. The mattresses were also very springy and not particularly comfortable

Love, Loved, Loved this basement flat. Central to the town and the beach. The small area outside lounge windows for dogs to pop in and out of and then a great garden, safe and secure.
The flat was cosy and warm, with everything you needed for a few days away. Will certainly use this again.
