Wir haben den Urlaub trotz dem durchwachsenen Wetter sehr genossen. Das Personal war super freundlich und hilfsbereit. Der Blick auf die Bucht ist wunderschön. Pizzeria und ein kleiner Einkaufsshop ist direkt unterhalb. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und gemütlich und liebevoll eingerichtet. Das Auto hatte einen sicheren privaten Parkplatz

Schöne Familienferien.
Tolle Aussicht auf die schöne Bucht von Marina di Campo. Die Unterkunft ist gut gelegen. Sehr freundliches Personal, der Besitzer gab tolle Restauranttipps. Sauberer Pool.
Die Unterkunft ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen, die Küchenausstattung na ja. Für grössere Kinder ist das Kinderzimmer etwas klein.

Overall very good value for money during off-season. Location,terrace,and size make up for downsides
The appartment has a good size for 2 people. The kitchenette is functional. The small additional room can be used as dressing room, the beds inside that room are short, hence a using them would only be advisable for kids or rather short adults. The good size balcony is west facing and provides you with a sunset view over Marina di Campo beach. There is a second terrace in front of the appartment door, facing east, which is good for a sunny breakfast. The location is generally very good, as it is a 3 minute walk down to the east end of Marina di Campo beach. There are restaurants very close by, as well as a (camping) shop. A walk into town takes 20mins. Free parking is on site.
Generally the flat was clean, however on arrival the bathroom was less so and smelled very bad. We ended up cleaning it ourselves and following that the smell slowly disappeared. The bathroom needs a complete update. The shower is small and not up to modern standard. Hot water provision was good. The heating system was on one day and night without the possibility to turn off the noise. It was possible to turn on and off the heat production though, but not the noise.

Exceptional
Great basic accommodation for a beach stay, fantastic position for those who like being in nature but close to beach and a bar/restaurant. Well equipped kitchenette and balcony with panoramic view, fantastic In the evening. Room with extra beds a bit small, fine for children or short people. Air conditioned but evening fresh air is nice too.
